Description of the medicine: Dinezinum (Dinezinum)

DINEZINUM. 10- (2-Diethylaminoethyl) -phenothiazine hydrochloride.

Synonyms: Antipar, Casantin, Deparkin, Diethazini hydrochloridum, Diethazine hydrochloride, Diparcol, Latibon, Parkazin, Thiantan and others.

White crystalline powder. Easily soluble in water and alcohol. In the light, the preparation and its solutions acquire a pink color.

According to its chemical structure, dinesin is close to aminazine and diprazine, partly close to them and by its pharmacological properties. It has a moderate antihistaminic and ganglion-blocking activity. Causes a sedative effect, slightly reduces the basal metabolism. Has a central, mostly n-cholinolytic, effect.

Peripheral holinoliticheskoe action is less pronounced, than at preparations krasavki, tropachina, tsiklodola and other holinoliticheskih antiparkinsonic preparations.

Applied for the treatment of Parkinsonism, Parkinson's disease, torsion dystonia, etc.

Assign inside (after eating) to 0,05 - 0,1 g starting from 1 times and bringing up to 3 - 5 times a day; The daily dose with good tolerability is gradually increased to 1 g.
