4- [4- [4- [4 - [[2- (2,4-Dichlorophenyl) -2- (1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl-methyl) -1,3-dioxolan-4 yl] methoxy] phenyl] piperazinyl] phenyl] -2,4-dihydro-2- (1-methoxypropyl) -3H-1,2,4-triazol-3-one.

Synonyms: Kanazol, Orungal, Sporanox, Kanazol, Orungal, Sporanox.

White with a slightly yellowish white powder. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and well - in dichloromethane.

Broad antifungal spectrum. It is active against dermatophytes, yeasts, and yeast-like fungi, pathogens endemic mycoses.

When introduced into the almost completely absorbed, with max of 3-4 h, T ½ - 24-36 hours; penetrates the tissues and organs; biotransformation in the liver, appears slowly (within 1 week) in the urine and faeces.

Apply with candidiasis of different localization, ringworm (including severe damage to the hands and feet), onychomycosis, pityriasis versicolor, sporotrichosis, blastomycosis, histoplasmosis, aspergillosis, cryptococcosis, koktsidiodoze, paracoccidioidomycosis.

Assign inside (while eating).

When used onihomikozah 0.2 g of 2 times a day for 7 days (rate 2/3 with 3 week apart), or with the same dose one time a day for 3 months.

For the treatment of tinea appoint 0.1-0.2 1 g once a day for 7-15 days or more.

For genital candidiasis applied on the first day, 0.2 g of 2 times a day, and then for 3 days at the same dose one time a day.

For the treatment of oropharyngeal candidiasis area appoint 0.1 1 g once a day for 15 days.

In the systemic aspergillosis, candidiasis, histoplasmosis, and blastomycosis take on 0.1-0.2 g 1-2 times a day from 1-2 months to 1 year.

Possible side effects: diarrheal phenomenon, abnormal liver function, cholestatic jaundice, edema, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia, hypotension, peripheral neuropathy, allergic reactions, menstrual disorders.
