Description medications: nimorazol (Nimorazole)

Nimorazol (Nimorazole).

4- [2- (5-Nitro-1H-imidazol-1-yl) ethyl] morpholine.

Synonym: Naksodzhin, Naxogin.

Effective against certain protozoa (including trichomonas) and Anaerobes Bacteroides type.

Once inside quickly and completely absorbed, with max of 25 hours; well into the organs and tissues; biotransformation in the liver, kidneys predominantly displayed.

Apply with trichomoniasis in men and women.

Assign into adults and 0.5 g 2 times a day for 6 days or - 2 1 g once a day for 1-2 days.

Possible side effects: diarrheal phenomenon, disruption of the liver, neuropathy, paresthesia, allergic skin reactions.

Contra-indications: diseases of the central nervous system and peripheral nerve dysfunction of liver and kidney failure, pregnancy, lactation, children's age.

Product: tablets of 0.25 and 0.5 g (N. 6).
