COLLECTION carminative (Species carminativae).

Composition: blend of equal parts peppermint leaves (chopped), fennel fruit, rhizomes and roots of valerian.

Applied as an antispasmodic, carminative promotes flatulence. Take as a tincture (1 tablespoon per cup of water) 1/4 - 1/2 cup in the form of heat in the morning and evening.
