An original, three-dimensional snowflake made of paper.

As the paper is what is available to us everywhere, including in the office and school, this snowflake will serve as an excellent Christmas decoration there!

In order to make one snowflake, you will need:
6 square sheets of paper of the same size
- scissors
- ruler
- pencil
- Scotch tape
- stapler
- thread or other material for hanging snowflakes

Each piece of paper folded diagonally and draw on it on the ruler of the future slits:

We cut through the planned slots and unfold the pieces of paper:

We begin to twist the tubes to form snowflakes from paper, sticking them with adhesive tape:

The next "frame" of the future paper snowflake is twisted already in the other direction. Parties alternate, we get six blocks:

In each half of a snowflake of paper, which we do with our own hands, there will be three such blocks, fastened with a stapler:

We fasten the halves of the snowflake to each other, also with a stapler:

Blocks are also fastened together, in one of these fasteners we insert a thread for hanging:

Snowflakes can be made in different colors, textures and sizes, you can vary the number of cuts. It all depends on your requests, the interior and the amount of paper that you do not mind spending to decorate it.

Three-dimensional snowflake

It is nice to make such snowflakes from colored paper, you can use the existing foil or color film, and you can cover the finished snowflake with hairspray with sparkles!

Paper snowflake

From separate blocks it is possible to make the hands not only snowflakes, but also a New Year's garland (however, it can be made and fastened snowflakes).

Such a far from new, but nevertheless simple and stylish idea, which some will refresh in memory, and someone will open it for themselves for the first time.

I wish successes in the transformation of the surrounding space into a joyful, New Year, festive!
