Well, as usual in everything - regularity is of paramount importance. If you started doing something - we do it every day. Subject to regularity, as in other cases, small results will come in 3 months, and large results in 3 years.
So, morning procedures. From the ingredients you need: lemon, pure unboiled water, honey, activated carbon, hydrogen peroxide solution and a fresh ostrich egg. As for an egg, it’s a joke, but buy the rest, since you don’t need much money.
1. Cleaning the tongue
Are teeth cleaned in the morning? I hope so. We must make it a rule to brush your tongue before this. This people knew from antiquity. Even in the 10th century Avicenna wrote about this procedure as one of the most important in his treatises, and Indian yogis did this long before.

4. Activated carbon tablet
After breakfast you should drink 1 tablet of activated carbon. In the pre-Internet times, my first Teacher advised me to drink one such pill every day, saying that it was one of the rare safe medicines that collected all the garbage in my body.
Activated carbon is a universal absorbent capable of absorbing poisons, alcohol decomposition products, slags and toxins in the body and prevent their absorption into the blood. Coal itself is not absorbed and is not metabolized in the gastrointestinal tract. It goes completely with feces.

5. Rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide solution.

Rinse solution: 10 drops of a 3% peroxide solution per 50 mg of unboiled water. You do not need to increase the proportion of peroxide, you can "burn" the mucous.
What does this give?
- Prevention of dental diseases and gum disease. Who regularly does rinses with peroxide goes to the dentist mainly only for preventive examinations.
- After regular antiseptic treatment of the oral cavity, the “bad” breath is eliminated.
