The ulnar muscle

The ulnar muscle , m. Anconeus, is a small pyramidal muscle that is, as it were, an extension of the medial head of the triceps muscle of the shoulder. It originates from the lateral epicondyle of the humerus and from the radial collateral ligament; Attached to the back surface of the elbow process, fused with the capsule of the elbow joint.
