Transverse paralysis is characterized by lesions in the motor activity of the spinal cord due to lesions or atrophy of one or more of its segments.
Spastic paralysis begins when the main motor neuron (leading from the cerebral cortex along the pyramidal route to the anterior horn of the spinal cord) is affected. It is similarly called "spinal" paralysis.
If another motor neuron is affected (the cells of the anterior horn of the spinal cord, the front roots, the peripheral nerve right up to the motor end plate), hypotonic or "lifeless" paralysis begins.
Since transverse paralysis is characterized by lesions of brain cells that are almost not restored, the chances of a complete recovery of the patient are extremely low.
Unfortunately, we do not have a specific experiment to treat this disease. Nevertheless, we can recommend the drugs shown with general paralysis.
For paresis, Gelsemium -Injeel , Gelsemium-Homaccord preparations containing the Gelsemium component shown on incontinence are prescribed.
For muscular spasms, it is recommended that Cuprum-Injeel (+ forte) ; With spastic and hypotonic paralysis, Plumbum metallicum-Injeel (+ forte) can be prescribed.
In addition, the schedule of therapy can include drugs to activate blood circulation - Aesculus compositum (drops), Arteria-Heel (drops), Placenta compositum (ampoules).
At paresis of the legs, Acidum oxalicum-Injeel (+ forte) is shown , only for paralyzes of other localization - Strychninum nitricum-Injeel (+ forte) .
These drugs can be used as if for parenteral and oral therapy (in the form of "drinking ampoules"). In this case, the contents of 1-3 ampoules are diluted in a glass of water and slowly, sips with drinks during the day. For the selected suction of the oral mucosa, it is recommended to slightly delay each sip in the mouth.
To prevent extremely strong reactions to drugs, therapy begins with simple Injeel-forms , only then they switch to the Injeel-forte form.
To activate the functions of the brain and the central nervous system is shown Cerebrum compositum , only for the renewal of blocked enzyme systems - Coenzyme compositum .
Suus organ preparations Medulla spinalis suis-Injeel , Medulla oblongata suis-Injeel , Sympathicus suis-Injeel , Hepar suis-Injeel (for activating the detoxification functions of the liver) can be prescribed for the same purposes.
Dosage: 1 intramuscular injection of a mixture of drugs per week for 4-5 weeks. After a month's break, the course of therapy can be repeated.
