Primary chronic polyarthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the joints of an unclear etiology that proceeds paroxysmally and reaches its peak by 35-50 years.
The disease begins little by little, with swelling and difficulty in the movement of one or several metacarpophalangeal joints, only it seems from the pain in the impressive joints.
Common symptoms of the disease are adynamia, hunger deprivation, myalgia, hypochromic anemia, the system of vasomotor symptoms (Raynaud's syndrome). And muscular atrophy, inflammation of tendons and tendon sheaths, narrowing of peripheral blood vessels due to obliterating vasculopathy are observed.
Clinically, there are 4 stages of the disease:
1). An early stage in which no destructive changes are observed;
2). A progressive stage in which an X-ray examination indicates the presence of osteoporosis in tissues near the joints, but the joints themselves are not yet deformed;
3). Pronounced destruction of bones and cartilages, joints (subluxation, axial deviation) are affected;
4). The final stage (fibrosis and bone ankylosis of the joints).
As a basic therapy for primary chronic polyarthritis, long-term oral therapy is recommended with the help of the following drugs:
1). Rhododendroneel S - 3 times a day for 8-10 drops;
2). Bryaconeel - 3 times a day for 1 tablet;
3). Galium-Heel - 3 times a day for 8-10 drops.
These drugs are applied alternately or all together. Depending on the location of pain in the treatment schedule, the following drugs may be additionally included:
1). Ferrum-Homaccord (drops) - shoulder joints;
2). Rheuma-Heel (tablets) - the left knee joint;
3). Colnadul (drop) - right knee joint;
4). Colocynthis-Homaccord (droplets) - hip joints;
5). Osteoheel S (tablets) - ankle joints;
6). Hepeel - to activate the detoxification functions of the liver.
For parenteral therapy, Neuralgo -Rheum-Injeel , Rhododendron-Injeel , Rhus tox-Injeel , Sulfur-Injeel and Bryonia-Injeel are used . In acute attacks, Formica rufa-Injeel and Apis-Injeel are shown.
If there is an impressive number of infectious diseases in the patient's history, nosodes are appointed, for example, Grippe-Nosode-Injeel , Diphterinum-Injeel , Scarlatinum-Injeel , Streptococcus haemolyticus-Injeel .
To activate the blocked enzyme systems and detoxification mechanisms, Ubichinon compositum and / or Coenzyme compositum ( injections 1-3 times a week for 1 ampoule intramuscularly, subcutaneously or in the skin) are prescribed.
In primary chronic polyarthritis suis-organ preparations can be successfully used, especially Cartilago suis-Injeel , Funiculus umbilicalis suis-Injeel , Glandula suprarenalis suis-Injeel and Hypophysis suis-Injeel .
It is recommended 1-2 times a week for intramuscular injection of a mixture of individually selected drug with Neuralgo-Rheum-Injeel for 4-5 weeks, then sustain the same pause and repeat the course of therapy.
All the ampoule forms mentioned above can be prescribed for the stepwise autohemotherapy. See annex for its implementation.
Of course, for the treatment of this disease it is necessary to use all available options, including proper feeding, intestinal sanitation, physiotherapy, Kneipp hydrotherapy, cold treatment, nosodotherapy, etc.
