Below polyps are understood primarily benign upbringing of mucous membranes of various forms and structures. Histologically, there are three forms of polyps:
1. Tubular;
2. villous;
3. tubular-villous.
Adenomas can be similar to stalked, having a wide base and villous. In all, about 10% of the total population of the earth owns single or multiple polyps (polyposis).
The main localization of polyps are the rectum, sigmoid colon, the caecum, Colon ascendens, Colon transversum, Colon descendens.
Up to the beginning of erosion, adenomas are almost not manifested in any way, they can strengthen the secretion of mucus or fall out perianal. When eroded, they bleed, releasing an impressive amount of mucus, which can lead to a large loss of potassium and protein.
The most risky complication is malignant transformation of polyps. It proceeds in three stages:
1. an atypical surface, still benign, is localized in the epithelium;
2. Muscularis mucosae passes into the early malignant stage;
3. defeat of the polyp base is already considered as if the cancer is thick or rectum.
And there is a hereditary polyposis (a common autosomal dominant adenomatosis), characterized by a tubular structure. It is regarded as a precancerosis with a high probability of a malignant neoplasm.
It is desirable to remove any retrospectively accessible adenoma. Polyps of the intestine, having up to 1 cm in diameter, are removed by means of a coloscopy. Polyps more than 1.5 cm, characterized by accelerated growth, separation of blood and mucus, a broad base, hairy structure, but a similarly large number of polyps prone to relapse are removed by means of colotomy and laparotomy.
Thus, careful control over the development of polyposis is necessary, but similar surgical intervention because of the feasible education of malignant boils.
For basic therapy are shown:
1. Psorinoheel - 2 times a day for 10 drops;
2. Hormeel S - 2 times a day for 10 drops;
3. Barijodeel - 2 times a day for 1 tablet ( especially with polyps of the nose).
These drugs can be taken as if together, and alternately.
Depending on the symptoms of the disease and on the localization of polyps, the following drugs are additionally prescribed:
1. Graphites-Homaccord , Galium-Heel - as if an intermediate, alternately after a week;
2. Naso-Heel S - with polyps of the nose;
3. Calcoheel , Lymphomyosot - with lymphatic diathesis;
4. Reneel - with polyps of the bladder;
5. Phosphor-Homaccord - polyps of vocal cords, hoarseness;
6. Euphorbium compositum S (+ forte S) - with diseases of the paranasal sinuses for long-term therapy (6 times a day for 8-10 drops).
For parenteral therapy, Psorinoheel , Galium-Heel , Hormeel S , Graphites-Homaccord , Lymphomyosot (with lymphatic diathesis) are shown in the mixture either alternately, intramuscularly, intravenously, subcutaneously and into the skin.
Burning shows Sanguinaria-Injeel (+ forte) , with polyps of the nose - Lemna minor-Injeel (+ forte) .
Hydrastis-Injeel (+ forte) is used to separate viscous, yellow-white mucus with mucous membranes of the nose, paranasal sinuses, uterus, bladder and the like.
Thuja-Injeel (+ forte) is included in the schedule of therapy with a propensity to proliferative processes.
When bleeding polyps (myomas) are recommended Ipecacuanha-Injeel (+ forte) , Kreosotum-Injeel (+ forte) , Hamamelis-Injeel (+ forte) , Belladonna-Injeel (+ forte) .
According to the principle of etiological similarity , nodules Polypus recti-Injeel , Polypus vesicae urinariae-Injeel , Polypus nasalis-Injeel, Polypus laryngis-Injeel can be prescribed .
Since polyps, according to the teachings of the Reckeweg homotoxins, are a mucodermal deposition phase, Coenzyme compositum , Ubichinon compositum is shown to activate the disturbed enzymatic functions .
To activate the peripheral circulation and the functions of the mucous membranes are shown Placenta compositum , Mucosa compositum .
After 4-5 weeks of therapy, suis-organ preparations are prescribed (depending on the localization of polyps):
1. Vesica urinaria suis - Injeel - with polyps of the bladder;
2. Mucosa nasalis suis - Injeel - with polyps of the nose;
3. Rectum suis - Injeel , Colon suis-Injeel - with polyps of the intestine;
4. Uterus suis-Injeel , Ovarium suis-Injeel - with polyps of the uterus.
Dosage: 1 time per week for 1 ampoule of the corresponding preparation intramuscularly.
To enhance the therapeutic effect, a stepwise autohaemotherapy with the above drugs is prescribed. For more details, see the appendix.
