FOSFADEN (Phosphadenum).

Adenosine-5'-monophosphate acid or phosphoric ester 9- b -D-ribofuranoside adenine.

Synonyms: Aden, AMP, AMP, Adenil, Adenovite, Adenyl, USAID, Cardiomone, Fosfostimol, Monophosaden, Phosaden , Vitamin B8.

The white crystalline powder and odorless. It is soluble in water, soluble in 1% sodium hydrogen carbonate solution.

Fosfaden (AMP) can be regarded as a fragment of adenosine triphosphate (ATP). AMP is part of a series of co-enzymes that regulate the redox processes (see. Flavinat, Kobamamid.). Participates in the normalization of porphyrin biosynthesis. It has a vasodilating effect. It has antiagregatsionnogo properties.
