Description medications: Poludan (Poludanum)

Poludan (Poludanum).

Polyadenylation-uridylic acid.

Powder or porous mass of white.

The drug has immunostimulatory (interferonogenic) activity; t. e. the ability to stimulate the production of endogenous interferon and provide antiviral effect.

Applied in adults with viral diseases of the eye. Administered as eye drops and injections beneath the conjunctiva.

A solution prepared by dissolving 200 mg (0.2 mg) of the powder in 2 ml of distilled water. Buried with conjunctivitis and superficial keratitis June 8 times in the conjunctival sac. With the subsiding of inflammatory process, reduce the number of instillations to 3 - 4 per day.

For subconjunctival injection was dissolved 200 micrograms in 1 ml of sterile water for injection and injected 0.5 ml (100 mg) under conjunctiva daily or every other day. The course of treatment 15 - 20 injections.

Product: in ampoules of 200 mcg (0.2 mg).
