Fenasal (Phenasalum). 5, 2'-dichloro-4'-nitrosalitsilanilid.

Synonyms: Yomezan, Yomesan, Aten, Atenase, Biomesan, Cestocid , Copharten, Devermin, Grandal, Helmiantin, Jometan, Kontal, Lintex, Niclosamidum, Radeverm, Teniarene, Vermitin, Yomesan and others.

The powder from light-gray to pale yellow, odorless and tasteless. Practically insoluble in water.

Applied as a sedative when teniarinhoze (invasion bullish or naked, chain), diphyllobothriasis (invasion broad tapeworm) and hymenolepiasis (invasion dwarf chained). According to current data, fenasal is one of the best protivoteniarinhoznyh funds.

Assign fenasal inside in the following daily doses: adults 2 - 3 g (8 - 12 tablets); Children under 2 years of 0.5 g (two tablets), from 2 to 5 years 1 g (4 tablets), from 5 to 12 years of 1 g of 5 (6 tablets) over 12 years of 2 - 3 g (8 - 12 tablets).
