Description medications: Fosfemid (Phosphemidum)

FOSFEMID (Phosphemidum).

Dietilenimid 2 amidopirimidilfosfornoy acid.

Synonym: Fosfazin.

The white crystalline powder. Soluble in water and alcohol.

Apply with mushroom avium, primary skin retikulezah, retikulosarkomatoze skin, cutaneous manifestations of leukemia.

Administered intramuscularly to 5 - 10 mg (1 - 2 ml of 0.5% solution) 2 - 3 times per week. With good tolerability and lack of sufficient therapeutic effect, increase the dose to 15 - 20 mg. In the course of administered 150 200 mg fosfemida.

Fosfemid can be used in combination with corticosteroids. In these cases, the dose is reduced fosfemida; for the course is administered by 100 - 150 mg.

When using fosfemida may develop leukopenia, and therefore the treatment is carried out under the supervision of hematology: at least 1 time in 3 - 4 days produce a blood test.

The drug is contraindicated in diseases of the liver and kidneys.

Product: in the hermetically-sealed vials of 0.02 g (20 mg).

Dissolve the drug immediately before use. The contents of the vial (20 mg) diluted in 4 ml of isotonic sodium chloride solution.
