BELLAZON (Bellazonum) *.

Combined product containing an amount of belladonna alkaloids and paratsetaminobenzaldegida izonikotinoilgidrazon (INGA-17).

Apply with parkinsonism and Parkinson's disease. The effect of the drug plays an important role holinolitichesky effects of belladonna alkaloids. INGA-17 is known as the anti-TB drugs. According to experimental data, it has also antimonoaminoksidaznoy activity, inhibits the enzymatic breakdown of biogenic monoamines (especially tyramine) and stimulates the central adrenergic mechanisms. Combining holinoliticheskogo adrenopozitivnogo and actions can have a positive impact on the effectiveness of the drug in extrapyramidal disorders.

Assign inwards in bellazon pills containing at 0.00025 grams (0.25 mg) the amount of belladonna alkaloids and 0.15 g INGA-17. Start with 1 tablet 2 - 3 times a day, and then every 3 - 4 days increase the dose of 1 tablet. The daily dose if tolerated, can reach 8 - 16 pills.
