Description of the medicine: Cisatracurium bezylate (Cisatracurium besilate)

ZISATRAKURIYA BEZILAT (Cisatracurium besilate).

Synonym: Nimbex, Nimbex.

Chemically it is a cis-isomer of atrakury (see). Compared with atracurium, it has a greater (3-4 times) muscle relaxant activity and lasts a little longer.

For intubation, administer an adult bolus of 0.15 mg / kg intravenously (intubation is possible after 2 minutes), then 0.03 mg / kg every 20 min; The initial dose for children (over 2 years) 0.1 mg / kg, supporting - 0.02 mg / kg every 9 minutes.

Infusion is first administered at a rate of 0.18 mg / kg per hour, then 0.06-0.12 mg / kg per hour.

Form release: 0.2% solution for injection in ampoules of 2.5; 5 and 10 ml and 0.5% - in bottles of 30 ml.
