NIZATINIDE (Nizatidine).

Quickly and almost completely absorbed in the digestive tract, bioavailability is 70%, C max - S-3 h, T S - 1-2 h; Is excreted mainly with urine in an unchanged form.

Assign with peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, with reflux-esophagitis, pancreatitis, bleeding from the upper gastrointestinal tract.

Apply inside and intravenously.

Inside appoint adults to 0.15 g 2 times a day (morning and evening) or 0.3 grams 1 time per day; For prophylaxis - 0.15 g once a day.

Intravenously enter 0.1 g bolus 3 times a day or drip at a rate of 0.01 g per hour.
