Intetriks (Intetrix).

It consists of three components - Tilihinol (I), Tilihinol N-dodecyl sulfate (II) and tilbrohinol (III).

On chemical structure and tilihinol tilbrohinol close to nitroksolinu and hlorhinaldolu. Tilihinol N-dodecyl sulfate is a quaternary surface-active compound.

Intetriks has high antibacterial (bactericidal) activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative pathogenic intestinal flora, as well as protivoamebnymi and antifungal properties. It acts locally: poverhnostnoaktivny component (tilihinol N-dodecyl) enhances the effectiveness of the drug.

Applied with acute diarrhea of ​​infectious origin, dysbiosis, various kinds of intestinal amebiasis.

The drug is taken orally in gelatin capsules that are swallowed without chewing (at the beginning of the meal), washed down with a little water.

In acute intestinal infection designate an adult to 4-6 capsules per day; dysbacteriosis and amebiasis - 4 capsules per day. The treatment is usually 10 days (and up to 4 weeks).

Intetriks - highly effective intestinal antiseptic, but it should be borne in mind that, like other drugs of group 8-hydroxyquinoline, it can cause side effects, especially with prolonged use: peripheral neuropathy, itchy skin (dermatitis), nausea, abdominal pain.

Product: 0.05 g capsules (50 mg) and Tilihinol Tilihinol N-dodecyl sulfate, and 0.2 g (200 mg) tilbrohinol (N. 20).
