Description medications: Izonitrozin (Izonitrozinum)

IZONITROZIN (Izonitrozinum). 1-dimethylamino-2-3 izonitrozobutanona- hydrochloride.

The white crystalline powder. Easily soluble in water, soluble in alcohol. Aqueous solutions (pH of 40% solution of 2, 6 - 2, 7) have color from pale yellow to yellow. Sterilized at + 100 C for LP min.

It Is Reaktivatory cholinesterase specific antidote for poisoning by organophosphorus compounds.

Used in conjunction with holinoliticheskimi drugs (see. Dipiroksim).

Enter usually by intramuscular injection of 3 ml of a 40% solution. In severe poisoning, accompanied by coma, administered intravenously (or intramuscularly) 3 ml of 40% solution, then again every 30 - 40 minutes prior to the termination of muscle fibrillation and clarify the mind. The total dose izonitrozina 8- to 10 ml (3 - 4 g).
