Description of the medicine: Laminaridum (Laminaridum)
The total preparation obtained from seaweed. Contains a mixture of polysaccharides with a protein component and salts of alginic acids
The powder is grayish-brown.
In the gastrointestinal tract, the drug swells, irritates the intestinal mucosa receptors and has a laxative effect.
They are mainly used for chronic constipation (with spastic phenomena). Take orally in the form of granules of 5 to 10 g (1 to 2 teaspoons of granules) 1 to 3 times a day after meals, drink 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water at room temperature.
Method of production: granules in a package of 50 g. 1 g of granules contains 0.2 g of laminaride.
Storage: in a dry place.
