We propose to reduce the azotemia in renal failure. The drug increases the diuresis, increases excretion of sodium and less potassium, increases urinary excretion of nitrogenous substances.

Apply lespenefril for acute and chronic (moderate) nephritis accompanied hyperasotemia, as well as extrarenal azotemia.

Inside appoint 1 - 2 teaspoons per day, and in more severe cases - from 2 - 3 (6) of teaspoons a day. For maintenance therapy taken long by 1/2 - 1 teaspoon a day.
