Description of the medicine: Lysoamidasa (Lysoamidasa)

LIZOAMIDASE. (Lysoamidasa).

Proteolytic enzyme, produced by bacterial culture from the family Psedomonodaceae.

Lyophilized powder or porous mass of gray with a brown tint of color. Slightly soluble in water.

The activity of the drug is expressed in proteolytic units (PE). 1 mg of the drug contains at least 0.7 PE.

Lizoamidase also has a bacteriolytic effect. Bacteriolytic (lytic) activity is expressed in LE.

Lizoamidase as a proteolytic drug helps purify wounds from purulent necrotic masses, accelerate the formation of fresh granulations and improve the conditions for wound healing.

As a bacteriolytic agent, the drug is capable of destroying the cell walls of gram-positive bacteria: staphylococci, streptococci, corynebacteria, as well as meningococci, gonococci, and others.

Applied in adults for the treatment of purulent wounds and burns to purify them from purulent necrotic masses, accelerate the creation of fresh granulations and healing. Assign for purulent-inflammatory skin diseases (folliculitis, furunculosis and other forms of pyoderma), mastitis and endometritis, periodontal disease, stomatitis, pulpitis, periodontitis, osteomyelitis, diseases of the oral mucosa, etc., and also for the treatment of angina and sanation of the nasopharynx .

Apply topically in the form of solutions in 0.01 M sodium phosphate buffer (pH 8, 0) in concentrations of 5 PE (50 LE) in 1 ml; 10 PE (100 leu) in 1 ml; 25 PE (250 leu) in 1 ml.

In the presence of purulent wounds, purulent-inflammatory skin diseases, mastitis and burns, apply lysoamidase applications. Preliminarily perform the treatment of the wound, then abundantly moistened with lysoamidase solution gauze wipes and apply them to the wound surface under the moisture-proof bandage. The dressing changes as it dries 1 to 2 times a day. Depending on the type and size of the affected surface. Daily dose is 250 - 500 PE (2500 - 5000 LE) and, if necessary, can be increased. The course of treatment of purulent wounds 7 - 10 days, burns 6 - 7 days. When plugging deep wounds with napkins or foam rubber sponges, abundantly moistened with lysoamidase, the wound is friable. Using an irrigator, napkins or sponges are moistened 4 to 5 times a day. Change the napkins produced every 3 to 4 days. The daily dose is 100 - 150 PE (1000 - 1500 LE).

With endometritis, irrigation is carried out with lysoamidase 1-2 times a day. The daily dose is 150 - 400 PE (1500-4000 LE). The course of treatment is from 5 to 7 days.

In dental practice, apply the applique and rinse the mouth with the drug. Rinses are made 2 times a day for 10 minutes, using 50-60 ml (100-300 PE, 1000-3000 LE) solution. The course of treatment is 5 - 7 days. Before application, the mucosa is treated with sodium phosphate buffer solution. The application is carried out for 30 to 60 minutes; During the procedure, tampons are changed 4 to 5 times.
