Ticlopidine inhibits platelet aggregation and adhesiveness, and red blood cells, has dezagregatsionnoe action stimulates the production of prostaglandin E 1 and D 2 and prostacyclin, improves microcirculation.

Apply ticlopidine for prevention of thrombosis in ischemic cerebrovascular disease, ischemic heart disease, after myocardial infarction, in ischemic diseases of limbs associated with atherosclerotic vascular changes in retinopathy in patients with diabetes, for the prevention of thrombus after bypass blood vessels.

We also obtain positive results in the application of ticlopidine in patients with post-thrombotic retinopathy.
