Labeling Plastic Bottles
Plastic bottle - a plastic container for containing, protecting and transporting liquids. Plastic bottles give great convenience in their production, operation on bottling lines, transporting the finished product into them, since their weight is up to ten times less than glass bottles, and they do not break. Plastic bottles are typically used to store liquids such as water, soft drinks, motor oils, vegetable oils, medicines, shampoos, milk, ink, beer and the like.
Two liters of water per day and a healthy diet - this is what modern people strive for, aware of the danger of neglect of their lifestyle.
Recycling codes are special signs that are used to designate the material from which the item is made, and to simplify the sorting procedure before sending it for recycling. Such signs are usually placed on batteries, accumulators, products from glass, metal, paper, plastic.
Natural food and pure water ensure that the aging of the body does not become rapid, and immunity will be able to cope with the most common diseases. Unfortunately, even in such an ideal health formula, there is a catch: it is very important not only how clean the water is, and the products are eco-friendly. The packaging in which all this is stored is important!
The plastic that most food packaging and water bottles are made of is often of poor quality. He quietly kills people every day, and we don’t even think about the danger.
Plastic packaging is so loved by all manufacturers because it is cheap. The desire to make more money on consumers runs many companies, and this is sad.
When a bottle is made of a material that can interact with water and release harmful toxic substances into it, drinking inside such a container turns into poison.
Plastic can cause cancer. The substances secreted by plastic are very toxic - the body is poisoned, internal organs are clogged with harmful compounds, and these factors inhibit the immune system.
Problems with the liver and pancreas also often arise only due to the use of plastic packaging!
Another nuisance is hormonal failure caused by carcinogenic mixtures. Eating them involuntarily, taking food from unreliable plastic packaging or drinking water from it, you risk losing the correct hormonal balance.
Skin problems, mental disorders, weakness of the body, frequent infectious diseases - satellites of hormonal failure. To avoid these phenomena, treat the packaging carefully: watch what you buy!
Types of plastics and their marking
Polyethylene terephthalate. Letter marking PETE or PET
Cheap, due to which it is found almost everywhere. It contains most drinks, vegetable oils, ketchups, spices, cosmetics.
Security. Suitable ONLY for single use. With repeated use, phthalates may be released.
High Density Polyethylene. Letter marking HDPE or PE HD
Cheap, lightweight, resistant to temperature influences (range from -80 to +110 degrees C). Disposable tableware, food containers, bottles for cosmetics, packaging bags, bags, toys are made from it.
Security. It is considered relatively safe, although formaldehyde can be released from it.
Polyvinyl chloride. Lettering PVC or V
This is the very PVC from which window profiles, furniture elements, films for suspended ceilings, pipes, tablecloths, curtains, floor coverings, containers for technical fluids are made.
Security. Forbidden for food use. It contains bisphenol A, vinyl chloride, phthalates, and may also contain mercury and / or cadmium. We would like to say that you need to buy expensive window profiles, expensive stretch ceilings, expensive laminate and this will make your life safe, but it will not be true. The high cost of products does not give any guarantees.
Low density polyethylene. Letter marking LDPE or PEBD
Cheap and common material from which most packages, garbage bags, CDs, linoleums are made.
Security. Relatively safe for food use, in rare cases, it can emit formaldehyde. Plastic bags are not as dangerous to human health as they are dangerous to the ecology of the planet.
Polypropylene. PP lettering
Durable and heat-resistant plastic from which food containers, food packaging, syringes, toys are made.
Security. It is quite safe, but under certain conditions it can emit formaldehyde.
Polystyrene. PS lettering
Cheap and easy-to-manufacture plastic, from which almost all disposable tableware is made, glasses for yogurt, trays for meat, fruits and vegetables (they are made of expanded polystyrene, i.e. expanded polystyrene), food containers, toys, sandwich panels, heat-insulating slabs.
Security. Styrene can release, therefore disposable tableware is called disposable.
Polycarbonate, polyamide and other types of plastics. Letter marking O or OTHER
This group includes plastics that have not received a separate number. From them are made bottles for children, toys, bottles for water, packaging.
Security. They contain Bisphenol A, more precisely, some of them contain, and some plastics from this group, on the contrary, are characterized by increased environmental cleanliness.
