Marking of plastic bottles
Plastic bottle - plastic container for the maintenance, protection and transportation of liquids. Plastic bottles give great convenience in their production, operation on filling lines, transportation of finished products in them, because their weight is up to ten times less than glass bottles, and they do not break. Plastic bottles are usually used to store liquids such as water, soft drinks, motor oils, vegetable oil, medicines, shampoos, milk, ink, beer and the like.
Two liters of water a day and a healthy diet - this is what modern people are striving for, aware of the danger of negligence towards their way of life.
Processing codes are special signs used to indicate the material from which the item is made and to simplify the sorting procedure before it is sent for recycling for reuse. Such signs are usually put on batteries, batteries, glass, metal, paper, plastic.
Natural food and clean water ensure that the aging of the body does not become impetuous, and immunity will be able to cope with the most common diseases. Unfortunately, even in such an ideal formula for health there is a catch: it is very important not only how much water is clean, but the products are ecological. The packaging in which all this is stored is important!
Plastic, from which most food packages and water bottles are made, is often of poor quality. He quietly kills people every day, and we do not even think about the danger.
Plastic packaging is so loved by all manufacturers, because it is cheap. The desire to earn more money on consumers is managed by many companies, and it's sad.
When the bottle is made of a material that can interact with water and release harmful toxic substances into it, the drink inside such a container turns into poison.
Plastic can cause cancer. The substances released by the plastic are very toxic - the body is poisoned, internal organs are littered with harmful compounds, and these factors inhibit immunity.
Problems with the liver and pancreas also often arise just because of the use of plastic packages!
Another trouble is hormonal failure, caused by carcinogenic mixtures. Using them in food involuntarily, taking food from unreliable plastic packaging or drinking water from it, you risk losing the correct hormonal balance.
Problems with the skin, mental disorders, body weakness, frequent infectious diseases - satellites of hormonal failure. To avoid these phenomena, treat the packages carefully: look what you buy!
Types of plastics and their marking
Polyethylene terephthalate. The lettering of PETE or PET
Cheap, thanks to what is found almost everywhere. It contains most beverages, vegetable oils, ketchups, spices, cosmetics.
Security. Suitable ONLY for single use. If the application is repeated, phthalates can be released.
High density polyethylene. Lettering marking HDPE or PE HD
Cheap, light, resistant to temperature effects (range from -80 to +110 degrees C). It produces disposable tableware, food containers, cosmetic bottles, packing bags, bags, toys.
Security. It is considered relatively safe, although formaldehyde can be released from it.
Polyvinyl chloride. Labeled with PVC or V
This is the same PVC from which window profiles, furniture elements, stretch ceiling films, pipes, tablecloths, curtains, floor coverings, containers for technical fluids are made.
Security. Prohibited for food use. It contains bisphenol A, vinyl chloride, phthalates, as well as mercury and / or cadmium. We would like to say that you need to buy expensive window profiles, expensive stretch ceilings, expensive laminate and it will make your life safe, but it will be untrue. The high cost of production does not give any guarantees.
Low density polyethylene. The lettering of LDPE or PEBD
Cheap and common material from which most packages, garbage bags, CDs, linoleums are made.
Security. Relatively safe for food use, in rare cases can release formaldehyde. Polyethylene bags are not as dangerous to human health as they are dangerous to the planet's ecology.
Polypropylene. Lettering marking PP
Durable and heat-resistant plastic from which food containers, food packaging, syringes, toys are made.
Security. It is quite safe, but under certain conditions can emit formaldehyde.
Polystyrene. PS lettering
Cheap and easy to manufacture plastic, from which almost all disposable utensils are made, cups for yoghurt, chunks for meat, fruits and vegetables (they are made from foamed polystore, ie foam polystyrene), food containers, toys, sandwich panels, heat-insulating plates.
Security. It can release styrene, so disposable tableware is called disposable.
Polycarbonate, polyamide and other types of plastics. Lettering O or OTHER
This group includes plastics that did not receive a separate number. Of these, bottles for children, toys, bottles for water, packaging are made.
Security. Contain Bisphenol A, more precisely, some of them contain, and some plastics from this group, on the contrary, are distinguished by an increased ecological purity.
