The invention relates to methods for the production of paint and varnish materials, in particular drying oil, which are used in the production of varnishes, enamels, primers and other numerous paint materials used as protective, decorative, electrical insulating and other organic coatings. The oil is obtained by successive introduction of a petroleum polymer resin, which is a product of the polymerization of styrene and compounds of the C 8 -C 9 pyrolysis fraction, taken in a weight ratio (5-50): 1 by heating the oil under a heating oil, and introducing a desiccant and a solvent into the cooled reaction mixture, using Oil UNDER the following composition, mass%: cyclohexylidene cyclohexanone - up to 40; Cyclohexyl esters - up to 60; Cyclohexanol - up to 20; Sodium salts of mono- and dicarboxylic acids - up to 24; Polymerization and polycondensation products - up to 45. Obtained low-cost varnish, while maintaining its high performance.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to methods for the production of paint and varnish materials, in particular synthetic drying oils, which are used in the production of varnishes, enamels, primers and other numerous paint and varnish materials used as protective, decorative, electrical insulating and other organic coatings.

Known [Raw materials and intermediates for paint and varnish materials. Ed. M. M. Goldberg. - Moscow: Chemistry. 1974, p. 241] the method of making natural drying oil by heat treatment at a temperature of 270-280 ° C (with or without air purging) of drying oils with the addition of lead-manganese or manganese-lead-cobalt linoleates or metal naphthenates.

To its disadvantages should be attributed the high cost of sunflower, linseed, hemp and other refined oils, the difficulty of controlling the temperature during their oxidation.

The method [SU 910709, Cl. C 09 D 3/733; C 09 D 3/28] for the preparation of a film-forming composition comprising a petroleum polymer resin, vegetable oil, a desiccant and an organic solvent which further comprises a modifier from the group of rosin glycerol, zinc resinate, calcium resinate at the following component ratio, wt.%:

Oil Polymer Resin 10-22

Vegetable oil 27-38

Modifying agent 5-12.5

Siccativ 3-5

Organic solvent Other

The disadvantages of this composition are the high content of vegetable oil and desiccant, which leads to an increase in the cost of the paint-and-lacquer material obtained.

The technical object of the invention is to optimize the composition of the drying oil while maintaining its high performance. The task is achieved by the fact that in a known method of producing drying oil, the refined oil of vegetable origin has been replaced with the oil of POD, which is a waste of the production of caprolactam of the following composition, by weight:

Cyclohexylidene cyclohexanone Up to 40

Cyclohexyl esters Up to 60

Cyclohexanol up to 20

Sodium salts of mono- and dicarboxylic acids Up to 24

Polymerization and Polycondensation Products Up to 45

The essence of the proposed technical solution is a method for producing a synthetic drying oil by successive introduction of a petroleum polymer resin, a desiccant and a solvent into the oil of a SUB of a petroleum resin, a desiccant and a solvent, by heating the oil of an APP and a petroleum polymer resin in a weight ratio (5-50): 1 and introducing into the cooled reaction mixture a desiccant and a solvent, Using a POD oil of the following composition, wt%:

Cyclohexylidene cyclohexanone Up to 40

Cyclohexyl esters Up to 60

Cyclohexanol Up to 20

Sodium salts of mono- and dicarboxylic acids Up to 24

Polymerization and Polycondensation Products Up to 45

And as the petroleum polymer resin, a polymerization product of styrene and compounds of the C 8 -C 9 pyrolysis fraction is taken.

A distinctive feature of the present invention is that the drying vegetable oil has been replaced by a waste of caprolactam production, the LOA oil and the petroleum resin being taken in a weight ratio (5-50): 1.

The invention is illustrated by an example.

For the production of synthetic linseed oil, the oil was used according to TU 2433-016-00205311-99 with the following parameters:

Density at 20 ° C, g / cm 3 0.98-1.02

Mass fraction of water,% Not more than 1,5

Mass fraction of volatile,% Not more than 70

Resin petroleum polymer varnish-and-paint brand "B" complied with the requirements of TU 38.10916-79.

As a desiccant used lead-manganese brand "64P" to TU 6-15-1918-97 and cobalt according to TU 6-15-1918-97, solvents were white spirit, nefras (155/200) and fuel for jet engines.

Example

In a 2 m 3 reactor equipped with induction or fired heating, a mechanical stirrer and a condenser condenser, 1230 kg of LO oil are charged and the temperature is uniformly raised to 140-150 ° C for 2.5 hours. Then 75 kg of petroleum polymer paint resin (weight ratio of oil POD: petroleum resin = 16.4: 1) is introduced using a charging device and the temperature is raised to 200 ° C at a speed of 15 ° C per hour.

The process of copolymerization and polycondensation of APL oil and petroleum polymer resin is considered complete in case of positive analysis for the completeness of dissolution. The contents of the reactor are cooled to 40 ° C and 120 kg of lead-manganese or cobalt siccative and 75 kg of solvent are charged. The ready drying oil is cooled to 20-25 ° C and sent to the packaging.

From the description of the invention and the table, it can be seen that, according to the claimed technical solution, it is possible to produce a high-quality synthetic linseed oil with a low cost that gives a dark cherry saturated tone to the surface to be painted.

CLAIM

The method for producing linseed oil by the introduction of a petroleum polymer resin, which is a product of the polymerization of styrene and compounds of the C 8 -C 9 pyrolysis fraction, followed by a desiccant and a solvent, characterized in that the oil is additionally used, and its heating together with the petroleum resin, with a weight ratio of 5-50 : 1, further, a desiccant and a solvent are introduced into the cooled reaction mixture, using a POD oil of the following composition, by weight:

Cyclohexylidene cyclohexanone Up to 40

Cyclohexyl esters Up to 60

Cyclohexanol Up to 20

Sodium salts of mono- and dicarboxylic acids Up to 24

Polymerization and Polycondensation Products Up to 45
