With a molecular weight of 566 and an active amino group content of 5.7%. A certain ratio of the components of the varnish makes it possible to obtain coatings that have high water repellency, water resistance, chemical resistance and elasticity, which allows them to be used to protect metal structures from atmospheric and chemical effects.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the paint and varnish industry, in particular to the production of epoxyurethane compositions for the protection of articles made of aluminum alloys and steel.

An epoxyurethane lacquer comprising an epoxyurethane oligomer, an amine curing agent, and an organic solvent, which comprises, as the epoxyurethane oligomer, the reaction product of an epoxy- 600-1000 and monopropargylurethane 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate at a molar ratio of 1 :( 0.5-2), and as the amine curing agent - diethylenetriamine with the following ratio of components, mass parts:

The reaction product of the epoxy-resin

Mol. M. 600-1000 and monopropargyl urethane

2,4-tolylene diisocyanate in molar

Their ratio of 1 :( 0.5-2) 100

Amine hardener 4-40

Organic solvent 112-132

See copyright certificate of the USSR No. 1781268, IPC C 09 D 163/10, 175/14, 1992.

A disadvantage of this composition is that coatings based on it have low water-repellent properties and water resistance.

A technical object of the invention is to provide an epoxyurethane lacquer for protective coatings having increased water repellency and water resistance while maintaining elasticity.

The technical problem is solved by the fact that the epoxyurethane lacquer comprising an epoxyurethane resin, an organic solvent and an amine curing agent contains as an epoxyurethane resin an epoxyurethane oligomer of the formula

With an average molecular weight of 1900 and an active epoxy group content of 6-7%, and as an amine curing agent, an organosilicon diamine of formula

With a molecular weight of 566 and an active amino group content of 5.7%, with the following component ratio, wt%:

This epoxyurethane oligomer 37.2-54.0

Organic solvent 36.0-55.8

Said silicone diamine 7.0-10.0

The epoxyurethane resin is an epoxyurethane oligomer based on polyfurite, 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate and glycidol (see Synthesis and some properties of epoxyurethane resins by SMDivgun, G.T. Boronina, V.N. Uboytseva et al. Book: Chemical technology, properties and application of plastics., Leningrad: Leningrad Institute of Technology, 1977, pp. 96-100).

As a solvent, a mixture of toluene and butyl cellosolve is used in a ratio of 2: 1 to 1: 2, but it is also possible to use other organic solvents used in epoxy resin compositions.

As an amine curing agent, the reaction product Aminopropyltriethoxysilane and diphenylsilane diol. The hardener is produced by the interaction -aminopropyltriethoxysilane and diphenylsilane diol at a molar ratio of 2: 1, respectively. The reaction flask was charged with 44.28 g -aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 21.6 g of diphenylsilane diol and heated with stirring under a stream of nitrogen to 140 ° C. The reaction mixture is kept until the ethanol is completely removed. The yield of the product was 56.05 g (98.9% by weight).

The composition is prepared by mixing the solvent and epoxyurethane resin. Directly before application, hardener is added and mixed thoroughly. Coating is applied by roller, brush or spray. Curing is carried out at ambient temperature. Operation is allowed after 24 hours.

The present invention is illustrated by the following examples of specific embodiments.

EXAMPLE 1 37.2 g of the epoxyurethane oligomer of the above formula are dissolved in 55.8 g of a solvent, 7.0 g of a hardener are added and mixed thoroughly.

The compositions of Examples 2-3 were prepared analogously to Example 1.

The gram corresponds to the mass%.

Compositions of compositions by examples of specific performance are shown in Table 1.

Table 2 presents the physico-mechanical and operational properties of the coatings according to the prototype and the claimed composition.

Thus, as can be seen from an example of a particular embodiment, the present invention makes it possible to obtain elastic coatings having high water repellency, water resistance and chemical resistance, which allows them to be used to protect metal structures from atmospheric and chemical effects.
