The invention relates to a paint materials, especially for paints based on bituminous materials, and may find application in areas where materials are needed with improved moisture resistance, resistance to cracking and peeling. The objective is to create a paint with improved properties - less drying time, high values of brightness and water resistance, corrosion resistance. The problem is solved by the ink composition in wt%: bitumen - 26-29;. 5-9 petroleum resin; elemental sulfur - 0.5-3.5; dicyclopentadiene or polypropylene, or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or thermoplastic divinilstirolny - 0.5-4.0; solvent - rest.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the manufacture of paints, in particular paints based on bituminous materials, and can be used in various fields of national economy, which require materials with increased moisture resistance, resistance to flaking and cracking.

Known paint (OST 6-10-426-79 "Paint BT-177." The technical requirements), including bitumen, film-forming component (oxidized vegetable oil), pigment (aluminum powder) and a solvent. Paint characterized insufficiently high water resistance and weathering performance, leading to coating delamination after prolonged exposure to water (more than 24 hours).

The closest to the invention is a paint, comprising bitumen, petroleum resin, filler, pigment - Steel powder MP-1 (waste dedusting of metallurgical production) and the solvent in the following ratio, wt%: bitumen - 5-20, petroleum resin - 9. 28, filler - 8-15, pigment - 8-20, the solvent - the rest (RF patent №2124032, 6 C 09 D 195/00 // (C 09 D 195/00, 157: 02, 1998).

The disadvantages of this ink are relatively long drying time, low value of gloss and insufficient corrosion resistance.

The object of the invention is to provide a paint with improved properties, namely, with less drying time, higher gloss values and water resistance, but also high corrosion resistance, while ensuring high values of other physical and mechanical properties.

The problem is solved developing ink comprising bitumen, petroleum resin, a filler and an organic solvent, characterized in that it additionally comprises elemental sulfur and a filler or polypropylene, or dicyclopentadiene or a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate or divinilstirolny TPE with the following ratio of components, . wt%:

To determine the properties of the coatings studied samples of paint is applied in layers to the prepared metal surface paint sprayer or brush, and define the following properties:

- Drying time at a temperature of 20 + 2ºC to grade 3 (GOST 19007-73);

- Film adhesion, points (GOST 15140-78);

- Film pendulum hardness M-3, cond. u (GOST 5233-77);

- Flexural elastic film mm (GOST 6806-73);

- Film impact strength, see (GOST 4765-73);

- Water resistance and weather resistance by the method of accelerated tests (GOST 9042-75);

- Shine measured on the FB-2 device according to GOST 896-69;

- Corrosion resistance according to GOST 9403-80.

Due to the fact that the prototype is no data on the values of brightness and corrosion resistance, that were prepared selectively three samples according to the formulation of the prototype (characterized by the highest values of other indicators), and assigned to them the values of brightness and corrosion resistance.

As the table shows, the proposed composition of the paint reduces the time it dries (up to 2.0-3.0 hours vs. 4-8 hours for the prototype), increases the gloss value (up to 66-75% compared to 23-28% for the prototype), increases corrosion resistance (up to 7-9 hours against prototype for 2.5-3.0 h), while providing high values of other parameters (adhesion, film elasticity in bending, impact strength, film hardness, water resistance and weather resistance. in addition, the claimed paint is characterized by high stability, it does not separate upon storage does not form sag when painting vertical surfaces.
