The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used primarily for the manufacture of slabs for wall finishing, paving slabs, bead stone. The technical result is the creation of a method and an apparatus for manufacturing an artificial building stone that imitates a natural stone with an increased level of imitation of natural stone. The method includes the preparation of colored concrete mixtures in color corresponding to the components of the simulated material, and after applying to the layer an unpainted concrete mixture loaded in the matrix under vibration, the second colored layer is intermittently loaded onto it under vibration of the loading box of the third, fourth and other layers of colored In different colors of mixtures and finally vibropress all products. In the device for making an artificial building stone that imitates a natural stone, made in the form of a mold and having an upper punch, a hydraulically driven die mounted on a vibrating platform, a pallet is mounted on the matrix side with the possibility of movement, and two loading boxes with hydraulic drives located on the tables One level with the surface of the matrix, while the second loading box is divided into compartments for mixtures of different colors by means of dividers with vibrators.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of construction and can be used primarily for the manufacture of slabs for wall finishing, paving slabs, bead stone, etc., imitating natural stone.

Ways of manufacturing a material simulating a natural crystalline material by applying a coating on a concrete raw material-the basis of a coating in the form of marble, granite, amadonite, and the like, are widely known. Crumbs [1], as well as broken glass, ceramics, sand, and the like. [2] with the subsequent processing of the face surface by smoothing, polishing or embossing, for example using a relief-forming roller.

The disadvantages of the known methods are their laboriousness, a considerable amount of manual labor and heterogeneity of the material, in particular the coating that is quickly worn off, exfoliates due to insufficient adhesion to the main concrete layer due to different temperature expansion, in particular when used for exterior wall finishing and manufacturing Sidewalks. In addition, particles applied to the surface of the base material tend to produce the impression of foreign bodies.

A method for applying a decorative coating, in particular, simulating marble, is known, by layer-by-layer and fragmentary spraying of the coating material of the corresponding colors onto the base material [3].

Fragmentary layer-by-layer deposition of a color coating on a raw base material provides insufficient absorption of the pigmented material into the base material and tends to form blurry spots, which weakly imitates the crystal structure of the natural stone.

Known as the closest analogue is a method of manufacturing a construction product simulating a natural stone, including the preparation of concrete mixtures, one of which is colored, loading under the vibration conditions of a layer of unpainted concrete mixture into a mold, pre-pressing, applying a layer of the colored mixture and finally compressing the entire product [ 4].

This imitation of natural stone with the help of only two layers of concrete mixes creates the draining of mixtures, similar to granules, and does not provide the color gamut of the surface layer characteristic of natural stone.

The technical goal of the invention is to create a new method for making an artificial stone imitating natural stone with an increased level of imitation of natural stone.

The task in view is achieved by using the features of a known technical solution, the method for manufacturing an artificial building stone that imitates a natural stone, including the preparation of concrete mixtures, one of which is colored, loading, under vibration, a layer of unpainted concrete mixture into a mold, pre-pressing, The colored mixture and the final vibrocompression of the whole product according to the invention, the colored mixture is prepared as a mixture of several colors corresponding to the components of the imitating material and after application of the second layer of the colored mixture, a discontinuous charge is applied to it under vibration conditions of the loading box of the third, fourth and other layers of colored In different colors blends.

The intermittent loading of the colored mixture into the second layer under the conditions of vibration of the loading box of the third, fourth and other layers of colored mixtures prepared in accordance with the components of the imitating material does not create a draining of the mixtures, similar to the granules, creates a close fit of the fragments, Gamma surface layer, characteristic of natural stone, which increases the level of its imitation.

The closest to the claimed solution, chosen as the closest analogue, is a device for manufacturing a construction product made in the form of a mold that has an upper punch, a matrix with hydraulic drives mounted on a vibrating pad, a pallet and two mounted on the matrix side are movable on the matrix side Tables of loading boxes with hydraulic drives, located on one level with the surface of the matrix [5].

The disadvantage of the known device is that it is adapted to make an artificial building stone that mimics a natural stone, only from two layers of mixtures, which does not provide the color gamut of the surface layer characteristic of natural stone.

The technical goal of the invention is to create a new device for manufacturing an imitation artificial stone that has an elevated level of imitation.

The task is achieved due to the fact that in the device for manufacturing an imitation artificial stone, made in the form of a mold and having a punch 1, a die 2 with hydraulic actuators 3 mounted on the vibrating platform 4, a pallet 5 and two load boxes 6, 7 installed on the tables with hydraulic actuators 8, 9 arranged at the same level as the surface of the die 2, according to the invention, the second loading box 7 is divided into different compartments for mixtures of different colors by means of partitions with vibrators 10.

The device works as follows. An unpainted concrete mixture is prepared and loaded into the box 6, and color mixtures corresponding to the components of the simulated material in a color box 7 are introduced into the box 7. The loading box 6 with an unpainted concrete mixture is fed to the die 2, the drive of the vibrating pad 4 is loaded and the die 2 is loaded. Are pressed by a puncheon 1. After a suitable installation by the hydraulic drive 9 of the box 7 onto the die 2, a second layer of the colored mixture is uniformly charged. From the box 7, the loading of the third, fourth colored layers is produced intermittently in the conditions of vibration of the loading box 7 by means of the vibrators 10 of the respective partitions of the loading box 7. In this case, a discrete distribution of mixtures of the third and fourth layers occurs. When the matrix 2 is loaded with all the layers of the mixtures, the whole mass of the mixture is vibrated, which ensures a strong mix of the mixtures.

In this case, the colored mixtures of the third and fourth layers, loaded on the second layer, are intermittently by means of vibrators 10 installed on the walls of the loading box 7, providing a color gamut of the surface layer of an artificial building stone characteristic of a natural stone, which increases the level of its imitation.

After molding the product on a pallet, the product is taken to the table, and the next loading box is fed to the matrix.

The claimed method and device for the present time in the Russian Federation and abroad are not known and meet the requirements of the criterion of "novelty".

The claimed method and device are original, do not flow in an obvious manner from the existing state of the art and meet the requirements of the "inventive step" criterion.

The claimed method and device can be realized by means of known technical means, technologies and materials and meet the requirements of the criterion "industrial applicability".
