The invention relates to wind energy. The technical result consists in simplifying the structure, reducing the weight and size is ensured by the fact that the wind generator, comprising a tower with a rotating propeller, the installation on a wind device rotors and stators with windings, according to the invention the rotors are formed as aerodynamic washers constituting biconcave disks attached to the ends of the blades and the stator comprises pole pieces, the ends of which are magnetically coupled to the rotor.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to wind energy and can be used to generate electricity.

Known gearless wind turbine, comprising a permanent-magnet generator with a stator and a rotor segment and a wind wheel with a horizontal axis of rotation (see. SU 861 716 A, 07.09.1981, cl. F 03 D 1/00).

The disadvantages of wind turbine are a large consumption of materials and the complexity of assembly.

Known wind turbine comprising a tower with a rotating propeller, install the device on the wind, and as rotors and stators with windings (see. GB 2233715 A, cl. F 03 D 9/00, 16.01.1991, 1, 2), in conjunction essential features adopted as the closest analog (prototype) of the invention.

The disadvantage of this device is the increased weight of the rotor, which in fact has a diameter equal to the diameter of the propeller, which is practically unacceptable in the case of large diameter windwheels.

The technical result consists in simplifying the structure, reducing its weight and size, provided by the fact that the wind generator, comprising a tower with a rotating propeller, the installation on a wind device rotors and stators with windings, according to the invention the rotors are formed as aerodynamic washers representing a biconcave disks attached to the ends of the blades and the stator comprises pole pieces, the ends of which are magnetically coupled to the rotor.

1 shows a wind turbine with the facing one pole pair of the rotor disc; 2 shows a wind turbine (front view); Figure 3 - wind turbine (top view).

Wind turbine has a lower pole piece 1, 2 with the core coil, magnetic field excitation source 3 (for example, a permanent magnet), the upper end (the upper pole piece) 4. The ends 5 of the poles 1 and 4 are chamfered so as to provide a minimum gap between the poles 1 and 4 and the rotary washer 6, which is a part of a spherical shell, the bolt 7 is attached to the end of the blade 8.

Wind turbine and includes a tower with 9 cross member 10, at the ends of which, on bearings 11, mounted rotating propeller 12, a traverse 10 is fixed orientation wheel 13 installed on the wind. The generator 14 is mounted on cross member 10, the swivel base 15.

The washers 6 are part of a sphere (i.e. are biconcave), and the tip end faces 1 and 4 are magnetically coupled with the ferromagnetic washers 6 at the time of their passage past the tip 1 and 4.

Wind generator works as follows

By rotating the wheels 12 (8 blades) in the incoming air stream 6 aerodynamic plates commute magnetic flux generated by the magnet 3 in a magnetic system. These flow changes are perceived by the coil 2 and transmitted to the network. When changing the direction of the upper part of the wind tower 9 together with the bearings 11 and the wheel 13 rotates in the bearing 11, the rotary part. Simultaneously turns the generator magnetic system 14. Thus, the rotors 6 are in the gap of the magnetic systems in any orientation wheel 12 to the wind.

Thus, in combination with a large radius of rotor 6 is provided fast switching, which leads to an increase of the specific load. In addition, increased reliability due to the absence of the propeller gears 12 to the generator 14, and the spherical shape of the washer 6 ensures magnetic coupling with the possible bending of the blades 8.

The extended form of tips allows you to connect simultaneously two windwheels that doubles the weight and overall dimensions in comparison with the prior art and conventional units.

CLAIM

Wind turbine comprising a tower with a rotating propeller, the device installed on the wind rotors and stators with windings, characterized in that the rotors are formed as aerodynamic washers, which are biconcave disks attached to the ends of the blades and the stator comprises pole pieces, the ends of which are magnetically coupled with the rotors.
