The invention relates to the field of wind energy and can be used for power generation. The invention is aimed at reducing the starting torque. In a gearless wind turbine comprising a tower, a rotatable base provided with a tail and a segment stator element, a wind wheel with a hub mounted in a bearing on the rotor axis, and blades with segment rotor elements, according to the invention, the hub is mounted with an axial extension of the rotor members relative to the stator element, Axial overlap "rotor element - stator element" up to 100%, and the rotor axis is equipped with an emphasis and a spring installed between the support and the axial bearing, which provides a reduced starting torque, thereby improving start-up and operation characteristics.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of wind power and can be used for power generation.

An aggregate [1] is known which comprises a rotatable wind wheel, a magnetic system with windings in which the rotor is placed in the gap, the magnetic system being located on the base located in the lower blade position, and the blades are provided with ferromagnetic gear plates constituting the rotor, the rotor, thus , Covers the ends of the blades, the plates pass through the air gap of the magnetic system.

The disadvantage of this device is the increased mass of the rotor, which actually has a diameter equal to the diameter of the wind wheel itself, which in the case of large wind turbines is practically unacceptable.

Of the known analogues closest to the claimed essential features, is a wind turbine [2] comprising a tower, a turning base provided with a tail and a stator element, and end segment rotor elements, a wind wheel with a hub mounted in a bearing on the rotor axis and blades With segment elements.

The disadvantage of this device is the increased starting torque, which is due to the radial forces of coupling the rotor element to the stator element.

The invention is aimed at reducing the starting torque.

The technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the gearless wind turbine comprising the tower, a rotatable base provided with a tail and a segment stator element, a wind wheel with a hub installed in the bearing on the rotor axis and blades with segment rotor elements, according to the invention, the hub is mounted with Axial extension of the rotor elements relative to the stator element with the possibility of increasing the axial overlap of the "rotor element - stator element" up to 100%, and the rotor axis is provided with a stop and a spring mounted between the abutment and the axial bearing.

Achieving the technical result is achieved due to the fact that at low speeds, and consequently, the head of the wind, the spring is in a stretched state, and at high pressure - in a compressed state.

The essence of the invention is illustrated in the drawing, which shows the claimed gearless wind power unit, side view.

UNVEILABLE VETROELECTRIC UNIT

The gearless wind power unit includes a stator element comprising a magnetic core 1 and windings 2, rotor segment elements 3 made in the form of end aerodynamic washers. The elements 3 are fixed at the ends of the blades 4, which are installed in the hub 5. The hub with its central hole covers the rotor axis 6, which is the bolt. In this case, the hub rotates in the bearing 7 and it is mounted in the axial bearing slider 8, the second progressive element of which is the rotor axis 6. Behind the slider 8 is a spring 9 which is closed with the bearing cover 10, which protects from atmospheric influences. The second end of the spring abuts against the stop 11 mounted on the rotating base 14, the stop having a threaded hole into which the end of the rotor axis 6 is screwed and locked by the lock nut 12. A tail 13 is connected to the base 14. The stator element is located at the end of the crosspiece 15 which Is attached to the base 14 (head). The head is located at the top of the tower 16, installed on the platform 17.

Operation of the device. At low wind speeds, the spring 9 under the action of the wind pressure is practically not compressed. The axial outreach of the hub provides an axial overlap of the "rotor element - stator element" of less than the nominal one. For example, in the drawing, the overlap is shown approximately at the level of 0.75 (75%) - the position of the blade and the rotor element is shown by solid lines.

At the same time, the power developed by the unit is minimal, but the starting torque is also minimal. As the wind pressure and wind speed increase, due to wind pressure on the blades, the hub 5 through the bearing 7 and the slider 8 compresses the spring 9, which results in an increase in overlap of up to 100%, as shown in the figure by dashed lines. This increases the power of the unit in the same dimensions.

The advantage of this gearless wind turbine is a reduced starting torque, which improves the performance characteristics, since the wind turbine operation starts with lower wind speeds.
