The invention relates to wind power engineering, in particular to designs of wind turbines with a rotor axis of rotation perpendicular to the wind direction, and with a fixed vetronapravlyayuschimi means. The technical result is to simplify the design and increase the coefficient of wind energy. Wind turbine comprises a support with a horizontal wind wheel rotation axis perpendicular to the wind direction, the air duct in the form of a parallelepiped with the ends open - windows. Wind wheel placed in the duct and cover from the wind duct mounted on the support at an angle of 45 ° so that it covers the upper bound of the wind from one half of the propeller, and the lower - the other.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to wind power engineering, in particular to the design of wind turbines with a rotor axis of rotation perpendicular to the wind direction, and with a fixed vetronapravlyayuschimi means.

To convert the kinetic energy of air flow into mechanical energy using wind turbines of different types. Most common are the wing wind turbines. They rapidity and fitted with devices regulating the power limiting speed propeller, and a mechanism in the direction of orientation vector of the air flow rate [1].

A common shortcoming of these wind turbines is that they are complicated and expensive.

The closest technical solution chosen as the prototype, is a drum wind turbine comprising a wind wheel, placed in the duct, with a horizontal axis of rotation perpendicular to the wind direction, and a duct formed in a vertical box with open ends - windows [2].

A disadvantage of the known design is that it is bulky and has a low coefficient of wind energy.

The object of the invention is to provide a simple construction of a wind turbine with a high coefficient of wind energy.

The invention consists in the following.

Wind wheel with a horizontal axis of rotation perpendicular to the wind direction, placed in the duct made in the form of a parallelepiped with the open ends of the vertical - windows is orientated to the wind to pass the air flow in both the forward and reverse direction. This duct is installed on the support at an angle of 45 ° to the horizon. At the same time it covers the upper bound of the wind from one half of the propeller, and the lower bound - another. As a result of the wind wheel is rotatable in the same direction regardless of the direction of air flow. By air from the edges of the side faces rigidly and horizontally attached mounting angles. At the same time through the wind wheel bearing housings mounted on these corners. To improve the utilization of the wind to the duct from window attached concentrators airflow formed as hollow truncated cones. In general, received a simple and efficient wind turbine design.

Wind turbine Wind turbine

1 shows a wind turbine (general view).

2 shows a view A of Figure 1.

Wind turbine consists of a support 1, the duct 7 and propeller. The duct 7 is in the form of a parallelepiped with the open ends of the vertical - windows 16, which is orientated to the wind for the passage of air flow in both the forward and reverse direction. Wind wheel placed in the duct 7 and has a horizontal rotation axis 10, perpendicular to the direction of the wind. It consists of eight blades, rigidly attached to the hollow cylinder - drum 9, which is rigidly connected with the axis 10. Wind wheel covered by the wind duct 7 which is mounted on the support 1 at an angle of 45 ° to the horizontal so that it covers the upper face 12 from the wind one half of the propeller, and the lower bound of 2 - another. By the duct 7 from the edges of the lateral faces connected rigidly and horizontally mounting corners 5. This wind wheel housings by bearings mounted on four corners of said 5 so that the propeller rotation axis coincides with the symmetry axis of the support 1. To improve the energy efficiency of the wind to the duct ends 7 by boxes 16 are attached symmetrically hubs 6 and 15 the air flow in the form of hollow truncated cone, the large base of which facing into the wind. The working machine 14 (eg, a generator) is placed horizontally on a special site. Its kinematically pulley 13 (belt 3) is connected to a pulley 11 mounted on the propeller shaft 10. To stop the propeller, for example, during maintenance or repair of wind turbine may be provided with a brake (not shown). For the convenience of performing repair and maintenance work on the side faces of the duct 7 made hatches closed with removable covers (not shown).

Wind turbine operates as follows. At a wind speed sufficient and directed perpendicular to one of the windows 16 (shown by arrows) wind wheel rotates in the same clockwise direction. The air flow enters through a hub 6 or 15 in one window 16, passes through the duct 7, acting on the propeller blades 8, and exits through the opposite window in the adjacent hub and further out into the atmosphere. The hub 6 or 15 receiving the wind, the air flow compressed by the fact that the cross-sectional area of the cone of air decreases as approaching toward the window 16. The air window 16 and passes through inertia hits the inclined upper surface 12 or the bottom 2 of the duct 7 faces respectively admission of air flow through the hub 6 and 15. at the portion of compressed air stream directed to blow and clearance between the drum 9 and the respective propeller duct face 7. The air pressure in said region is increased, and in the opposite area is equal to atmospheric. This creates a pressure differential force windshield formed with respect to the axis 10 of the propeller. As a result of the wind wheel rotates and through a belt drive 3 drives the working machine 14. At a certain deviation from the wind direction maximum repeatability hubs 6, 15 form the air flow (take the side of the wind) and send it to the wind wheel in the same way.
