The invention relates to wind energy. The technical result, consisting in increasing reliability, simplifying the design, reducing weight in the production of a quick-disconnect mobile and reducing the safety margin, is achieved due to the fact that in a wind turbine with overload protection including a hub of a wind wheel with rotary blades mounted on a hollow A drive shaft with a spring-loaded bar installed in the shaft cavity and kinematically connected to the blades that are installed to rotate them when the wind load changes, according to the invention, the pivot pivots of the pivots are biased towards the leading edges and are hub-mounted hubs in which the axes of the blades , Equipped with springs for the selection of gaps and landing areas for fixing the cranks connected to the working spring through the crown and the rod, made in the form of a lead screw.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to wind power, namely wind turbines, which convert wind energy into useful work due to resistance to air flow of active structural elements.

A wind turbine with overload protection is known, including a hub of a wind wheel with rotary blades mounted on a hollow drive shaft with a spring-loaded bar installed in the cavity of the shaft and kinematically connected to the blades that are set to rotate them when the wind load changes (see SU, 1437567 A1, 15.11.1988, class F 03 D 7/00).

The disadvantage of the wind turbine is the kinematic increase in the front resistance of the wind wheel with increased wind, which can lead to the destruction of the structure with strong gusts of wind.

The figure shows a wind turbine with overload protection (general view).

Wind turbine with protection against overloading

On the hollow shaft 1, the hub 2 of the wind wheel 4 is fixed, with the sleeves 3 on which the blades 5 having each tetrahedron (not shown) for inserting the crank arm 6 and the thread for pressing the nut 7 of the spring 8, Necessary for the selection of gaps in the hinge. The crank arms 6 are connected by the pins 9 to the crown 10, into which the adjusting rod 11 is screwed. The operating spring 12 abuts against the adjusting rod 11.

The device works as follows. Wind force rotating the blades 5 of the wind wheel 4, acting on each blade 5 is decomposed into two components - a tangential, creating a torque, and a frontloading structure of the wind turbine. The front component tends to unfold the blades 5, which are not rigidly fixed, into the vane position. The rotation is prevented by the working spring kinematically connected with the blades 5, whose forces are regulated by the length of the rod 11. When the wind increases, the increased load turns the blades 5 downwind. The blades 5 rotate around their axes in the hubs 3 of the hub 2, the crank arms 6 on the axes of the blades 5 shift the crown 10 which through the screwed rod 11 overcomes the resistance of the working spring 12, thereby reducing the area of the drag.

CLAIM

A wind turbine with an overload protection including a hub of a wind wheel with pivot blades mounted on a hollow drive shaft with a spring-loaded bar mounted in the shaft cavity and kinematically connected to the blades that are set to rotate them when the wind load changes, characterized in that the pivot turns Blades are shifted towards the leading edges and represent hub sleeves fixed in spokes, in which the axes of the blades are freely fitted, equipped with springs for the selection of gaps and landing pads for attaching cranks connected to the working spring through the crown and the rod made as a lead screw.
