DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The proposed invention relates to wind power and relates to often re-located wind power stations, oriented primarily to work in mobile reindeer and fishing teams.

The purpose of the proposed invention is to reduce the time and laboriousness of work to prepare the plant for work after relocating to a new location.

A mobile wind farm is known [IR, 1990, No. 4, 4th cover "Wind Turbines on Sledges"], including a three- or six-bladed wind wheel mounted on a horizontal shaft fixed to a vertical mast. The set includes a generator, special sledge. The installation has three spaced supports, one of which is special-purpose vehicles, and the other two are remote, supported by the ground, and flexible towers that connect the spaced supports to the mast.

This technical solution provides a short time for the preparation of the installation for operation, does not require the high qualification of the maintenance staff, but is not suitable for use in mobile reindeer and fishing brigades due to insufficient power.

A mobile wind power plant is known [Patent of the Russian Federation No. 2,075,643 of January 31, 1995, Cl. F 03 D 11/04], including a sectional mast, a hydraulic lifting device, a wind wheel with blades, a gondola, a generator, a transmission, flexible links, is provided with adjustable supports, a power cage, a series of support groups and peripheral supports, each of the support groups is in series Connected to the prefabricated truss, lever and peripheral truss, the levers in the support group are pivotable and fixed in the support position by their peripheral ends to the ground, forming a height and width between the ground and the lower portions of the cage, along the height and width of the definitely large height and width of the transport platform for the transportation of wind energy Installation. Peripheral supports are adjustable in height and at least one peripheral support is provided with a pin that is designed to penetrate into the ground. The wind wheel is mounted on a horizontal shaft. Flexible links link the section mast with remote adjustable supports.

Additionally, on the peripheral supports, the supporting members are provided in the form of containers for liquid or bulk media.

In order to guarantee non-damage during transportation and relocation of the installation, its assembled part is supported on the transport platform by the lower side of the cage by means of special support units.

Installation includes transportation to the installation site of the component parts of the installation and the base, the installation of the wind wheel and the gondola, the gradual lifting of the component parts of the plant by the lifting equipment, while using the assembled part in the plant, the transport platform is moved to the place of installation until the base coincides with the nominally required position and temporarily fixed, Forming an arched opening under the power cage. Then remove the transport platform from the opening and lift each section of the mast with a lifting device.

The disadvantage of the known installation is that it is constructively complex and requires, when assembling the recruitment of highly qualified specialists and a specially equipped transport platform, that is why its use in mobile reindeer breeding and fishing teams will be limited.

The closest to the proposed is a mobile wind power station [A. S. USSR No. 1546700 of April 27, 1998, Cl. F 03 D 11/04], containing a supporting mast tied to the ground by flexible rods, mounted on it a rotor windmill with horizontal traverses and articulated blades on them, an electric generator located at the base of the mast and kinematically connected to the windmill by means of a reducer and a transmission shaft , Installed in the mast cavity, and a mobile platform. The transmission shaft and supporting mast are telescopic. The latter is articulated on the platform and equipped with lifting and extension mechanisms, horizontal traverses are mounted with the possibility of folding to the mast, and the electric generator and the reducer are mounted on the platform.

A well-known station excludes construction work on the erection of the foundation, increases the speed of deployment and ensures its installation directly on the transport platform used as a support during the entire operation of the station.

It is first installed in the factory. Then the station permanently connected to the mobile (transport) platform is transported in the folded state.

In place of work, the telescopic mast is turned from the horizontal to the vertical position by the lifting mechanism. Support the transport platform on the ground through a pair of height-adjustable supports. Connect the upper part (section) of the telescopic mast with flexible rods. A telescopic section having a smaller diameter is pulled out from the lower, having a larger diameter of the mast section.

The disadvantages of the known station is that, although it is simpler than the previous one (described above), it requires special work on fixing remote adjustable supports (ground lugs).

In other words, to secure the station, it is necessary to excavate pits under frozen tracts under the frozen soil and under heavy frost and wind. In addition, bringing the station to a vertical working position at low temperatures is laborious and requires special skills. Therefore, this station is also unsuitable for mobile reindeer and fishing brigades.

The aim of the claimed technical solution is achieved by the fact that in the proposed wind power station including a rotor windmill with a vertical shaft and fixed blades on it, an electric generator kinematically connected to the rotor windmill, a movable platform with a fixed electric generator, equipped with remote adjustable supports, and a shaft Wind turbine is installed in a bearing ring fixed motionless on a mobile platform. The platform itself is mounted on skids and equipped with outriggers.

Advantages of the proposed station is that it does not have a telescopic mast with flexible traction, i.e. The rotor wind turbine is mounted directly on the mobile platform. This reduces the effect of the sailing effect on the tipping point and, as a consequence, on the stability of the station.

Fixing the bearing collar with the vertical shaft of the rotor windmill placed on it in the mobile platform simplifies the design, and most importantly reduces the time for preparing the station for operation and simplifies its maintenance.

The use of runners facilitates the redeployment of the station in winter.

The use of outriggers as remote adjustable supports simplifies the preparation of the station for work, reducing the time for installation.

Thus, in addition to the known common features (namely: a rotor windmill with a vertical shaft, blades mounted on it, an electric generator kinematically connected to a rotor windmill, a mobile platform with an electrogenerator fixed to it, remote adjustable supports), given in the description of the prototype, the proposed station Contains distinctive features, namely: the windmill shaft is installed in the bearing ring fixedly fixed on the mobile platform, the mobile platform is mounted on the runners and outboard adjustable outriggers in the form of outriggers.

We have not found any technical solutions that use all the features described above in a single design to achieve a similar goal.

Therefore, we believe that the proposed mobile wind power station has all the features of the invention, meeting its criteria.

The figures and materials of the application indicate: blades 1, vertical shaft 2, mahi 3, bearings 4 and 5, bearing collar 6, fins 7, platform 8, power take-off 9, power generator 10, outriggers 11, skids 12, tow 13 .

MOBILE WIND-ELECTRIC STATION (WINDLE) MOBILE WIND-ELECTRIC STATION (WINDLE)

In Fig. 1 is a side view of the station; In Fig. 2 - view of the station from the rear.

The proposed station has blades 1 fixed to the vertical shaft 2 with the help of mahs 3. The shaft 2 with bearings 4 and 5 is fixed in the bearing cage 6, the ribs 7 connected to the platform 8. A power take-off 9 is connected to the lower end of the shaft 2 from the wind wheel, kinematically connected With an electric generator 10 mounted on a platform 8 equipped with outriggers 11, runners 12 and towing link 13.

To transport the station, the outriggers 11 must be transferred to the transport position 11 (up) (see Figure 2) and the towing link 13 connected to the hook of the transporting means.

To bring the station to the working position after redeployment, it is necessary to move the outriggers 11 to position 1 and lean them on the ground.

The station operates as follows: wind, impact on the blades 1, rotates the vertical shaft 2. The force through the power take-off 9 is transmitted to the generator 10.

The lateral load from the wind on the blades and the shaft is transmitted from them to the bearings 4 and 5 of the bearing ring 6, the fins 7, the platform 8 and the outrigger supports 11.

The use of rotor type with a vertical axis of rotation as a working member of the rotor allows to reduce the height of the station and, as a consequence, the tipping moment from the lateral wind load, which makes it possible to use this station without flexible rods anchored for the ground at comparatively high powers (up to 10 kW) Provision of electric power for mobile reindeer herding or fishing teams.

The low height of the wind wheel ensures the stability of the station from overturning when it is transported on its own skids with raised outriggers at wind speeds up to 10-12 m / s without taking additional measures to increase stability (partial dismantling, installation of a counterweight, etc.). Members of the mobile team can, without outside help, after having received instruction and skills, independently operate the proposed mobile wind power station.
