To. In the converter excluded items such a ratchet and a two-tier crank mechanism for the kinematic connection of the output shaft and the inertial body. The wave power plant is further provided with a battery, a transformer with a variable transformation ratio, diode rectifier, regulator, load device and the device changes the transformation ratio, and the battery is connected to an AC generator through a diode rectifier and transformer with a variable transformation ratio, the regulator connected to the output of the alternator and the battery and the load device and the device changes the transformation ratio is connected to the regulator is allowed to adapt the installation to the intensity of the sea swell by matching the generator with a load at the lowest possible losses due to the fact that the voltage regulation is carried out by a transformer with a variable transformation ratio, store energy, protect the generator from overloading during heavy seas.

It is this set of essential features it possible to achieve the technical result specified in the problem, which should solve, namely to create a simple durable reliable wave power plant, to provide power to electric buoys as if the excitement of the sea, and in the absence of agitation.

Furthermore, at the end of the elastic element by its suspension due to the inertial body, the movable unit is further installed with its envelope flexible rod, the free end of which is attached to the upper part of the frame. This significantly reduce the size of a power converter, and the installation in general.

Based on the above it can be concluded that, in general, all the specified set of essential features as well-known and distinctive has a causal relationship with the achievable technical result, ie, thanks to this combination of essential features designed wave power plant that provides electricity to oceanographic and navigational buoys not only if there is enough excitement, but also for its small size. In addition, it is structurally simpler, safer and more durable.

WAVE POWER PLANT. Russian Federation Patent RU2078249

The wave power plant comprising a floating body (not shown) which are arranged in a support frame 1 with vertical guides 2, the mechanical transducer comprising an inertial body 3 as a load bearing elastic suspension. The resilient suspension is provided mounted on the upper part 4 of the frame 1 with the two blocks 5 covering their flexible rod 6, whereby the inertial body 3 is connected to an elastic member (e.g., spring) 7 suspension. The very elastic member 7 secured at one end 8 on the basis of the frame 1 and arranged in parallel vertical guides 2 of the frame 1 on the back of their contact with the inertial body 3. At the end of the elastic member 7 by the traction 6 is movable unit 9, which is covered by a flexible rod 6 the free end of which is attached to the upper part 4 of the frame 1. to limit the stroke of the inertial body 3 and 8 under the top part 4 of the frame 1 on the inner side oppositely installed additional elastic elements 10 (e.g., springs). One of the blocks 5 is kinematically connected to an alternator 11. The installation comprises a transformer 12, a diode rectifier 13, a battery 14, regulator 15 and the load device 16 with pins 17. The battery 14 is connected to the generator 11 via the diode rectifier 13 and a transformer 12 with a varying transformation coefficient and the controller 15 is connected to output of the generator 11 and the battery 14. The load device 16 and the device changes the transformation ratio is connected to the controller 15 through contacts 17.

Since the installation transforms the vertical oscillations of waves, the elastic element 7 is tensioned force equal to the force of gravity of the inertial 3. Stroke inertial body 3 and the progress of the elastic element 7 is limited, and set the course of the last half stroke of the inertial body 3. The maximum displacement of the inertial body 3 limited elastic elements 10. in addition, the installation is adapted to the intensity of the sea swell by the use of a transformer with a variable transformation ratio.

The wave power plant works as follows. When the vertical oscillations of the floating body by the action of the inertial body wave 3 is moved up or down along the guide rails 2.

When driving an inertial body 3 down it pulls the flexible rod 6 and stretches the elastic element 7, while a flexible rod 6 by rotating the blocks 5, drives the shaft of the generator 11.

When lifting the inertial body 3, the resilient member 7 is compressed and pulls the flexible rod 6, which rotate the blocks 5, drives the generator shaft 11. The resilient member 7 provides a constant tension of the traction applied 6. Since the generator alternator rotation direction does not matter and does not have any effect on the operation of devices connected to it.

Voltage regulation is performed by a transformer 12 with a variable transformation ratio, thereby ensuring the coordination of the generator 11 to the load with the least losses. After the generator 11 will develop a voltage greater than the battery voltage energy storage 14 starts the process in the battery 14. As long as the battery 14 is fully charged, the regulator 15 according to the intensity of inertial oscillations of the body 3 is set a transformation ratio that provides the maximum energy removal. After complete charging battery 14 is connected via terminals 17 a load device 16 (eg, a resistor), which loads the generator 11. This leads to a strong damping of oscillations of the inertial body 3, whereby the removal of energy decreases rapidly and the generator 11 are not overloaded.

In the absence of power supply disturbances buoys is done directly from the battery 14.
