The installation is designed to convert the energy of waves into electricity. The installation comprises a supporting frame with vertical guides, a float mounted vertically and reciprocally with internally mounted ratchets having coaxial central holes, a vertical shaft passed through them fixedly fixed in the support frame, with a plate screw portion, the upper and lower parts of which Have an opposite twist contacting with the ratchet mechanisms located in a cylindrical body having through central holes and an electric generator. The float is mounted to be movable along vertical guides and is provided with an inertial element that can be rotated and co-located with it, which is brought into contact with the inner surface of the float body by means of rollers. In this case, the cylindrical body is fastened to the inertial element, the electric generator is placed on the support frame, and its kinematic connection is made in the form of a sliding connection of the inertial element with a drum mounted to rotate with it and a gear. The design of the plant allows increasing the power of the generator.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of hydropower and can be used to convert the energy of waves into electrical energy.

A wave power plant is known (USSR AS No. 1474319, class F 03 B 13/12, 1989), containing a shaft kinematically connected to an electric generator, and a float equipped with a ratchet mechanism and mounted on a shaft with rotation and Reciprocating motion relative to the shaft, the portion of which in the moving zone of the float is made in the form of a plate screw.

The drawback of this solution is the insufficient power on the generator shaft.

The closest in terms of technical essence is the wave power plant, selected for the prototype (Russian patent No. 2022158, class MK F 03 B 13/12, 13/16, published on October 30, 1994), containing a support frame with vertical guides, mounted with the possibility of vertical Reciprocating movement of the float with internally mounted ratchet mechanisms having coaxial central holes, a vertical shaft passed through them fixedly fixed in the support frame, with a plate screw portion, the upper and lower parts of which have opposite twisting contacting with the ratchet mechanisms located in the cylindrical A body having through central holes and an electric generator, the generator rotor is placed on the float, and the anchor winding is placed coaxially with the rotor on the movable frame.

Insufficient efficiency of the plant is due to the fact that the work of the inertial element does not provide a significant increase in power on the generator shaft. Impulses of rotational motion, the inertial element (float) receives from waves acting on its surface, while the angular velocity of rotation of the inertial element is "extinguished" by water acting on the surface of the float.

The invention solves the problem of increasing the efficiency and power of the plant by providing the possibility of increasing the generator's power.

To solve this problem, in a wave power plant containing a support, a shaft fixedly fixed in the support, kinematically connected to the electric generator, the float is mounted to be movable along the vertical guides and is provided with an inertial element that is rotatably and co-movably interengaged by means of rollers with The inner surface of the float body, the cylindrical body being fastened to the inertial element, the electric generator is placed on the support frame, and its kinematic connection is made in the form of a sliding connection of the inertial element with the drum mounted to rotate with it and the gear train.

Comparative analysis with the prototype shows that the proposed design of the wave power plant is characterized by the fact that the inertial element equipped with ratchet mechanisms is mounted rotatably inside the body of the float, reciprocating relative to the shaft and receives from the latter impulses of rotational motion, the generator is placed on Support frame.

The wave energy installation is explained by a drawing (in the process of moving the float upwards).

WAVE ENERGY INSTALLATION

The wave power plant comprises a support frame 1, a float 2 inside which an inertial element 3 is mounted, a shaft 4 rotatably supported by an inertial element 3, which is reciprocated by means of a reciprocating float 2, which contacts by means of rollers 21 with the inner surface of the body of the float 2 The shaft 4 in the moving zone of the inertial element has a plate screw portion whose upper part 5 has a twist in the direction opposite to the twist of the lower part 6. The ratchet mechanisms 7 are arranged in a cylindrical body 8 provided with through-going central holes 20 fastened to the inertial member 3. The cylindrical The body 8 has a coaxial sliding connection with the drum 17, the longitudinal protrusions 19 entering into the longitudinal grooves 18 of the drum, provide engagement when the inertial element 3 rotates. The drum 17 lies in the bearings 12, 13.

In addition, the drawings show the guides 9 of the support frame 1 passed into the holes 10 of the float 2, the surface of the sea 11, the ratchet sleeves 22, the central hole 24 of the float 2, the central opening 23 of the drum 17, the generator 14, the gear 15, mounted on the shaft of the generator , A gear 16 fixed to the drum 17, rollers 21.

The wave power plant works as follows. During the excitement, the float 2 reciprocates with respect to the plate screw portion of the shaft 4. In this case, when the float together with the inertial element 3 goes up, the upper clutch 22 "works" and transmits the rotation to the inertial element lying in the rollers 21, untwisting it The lower clutch 22 does not work at all and rotates freely on the shaft 4). When the float 2 goes down, the inertial member 3 continues to rotate in the same direction as in the upward stroke, the upper clutch is disengaged, the lower clutch 22 being "engaged" in operation. Thus, during the course of the float 2 downward, the inertial element 3 continues to be twisted in the same direction as during the up stroke. Thus, the inertial element 3 "works" as a rotor, all the time being twisted in one direction. The longitudinal protrusions 19 on the cylindrical body 8 of the inertial element 3 enter the longitudinal grooves 18 of the drum 17 and provide the sliding connection of the inertial element 3 to the drum 17, thereby transferring the torque to the drum. The generator 14 is rotated from the drum 17 by gear wheels 15, 16.

The resulting electric current is supplied to the consumer using a cable (not shown in the drawing).

The proposed wave power plant allows to increase the power of the generator, since the inertial element located inside the body of the float is insulated from water and experiences less resistance during its rotation. The increase in the dimensions of the diameter of the float and the inertial element does not entail a decrease in the angular velocity of rotation.
