Use: to enrich gold-bearing sands. Essence: the bottom of the sluice to enrich the placers is corrugated with the mating of the corrugations between themselves at an angle of 120 to 130 ° and the formation of longitudinal depressions. In the depressions of the end section of the lock, holes in the form of a swallowtail are made.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the enrichment of minerals, in particular for the enrichment of gold-bearing sands.

A device for enriching placers is known, including a longitudinally inclined trough with beads and a bottom made in the form of transversely inclined planes connected by an elastic element, a loading and unloading device. The device is provided with a plane made horizontally in cross section and having a perforation on the side of the discharge device that is located between the inclined planes of the bottom and a screw conveyor installed below the plane.

Disadvantage of the device is the unreliability of the operation of the perforated section of the plane from the side of the unloading device. Perforation can be clogged with large pieces of solid pulp. Possible loss of the valuable component due to the large loading of the horizontal part of the bottom by a solid phase of the pulp, which worsens the subsidence on the bottom part of the fine and thin useful component, especially plate-shaped gold.

There is a known sluice for dressing placers including an inclined bottom made of two sidewalls arranged at an angle to each other, a loading device made in the form of a tray whose side walls are a continuation of the sluice sidewalls, a concentrate cutoff, a trough located between the sidewalls of the bottom, Reefs installed at an angle to the axis of the lock.

Disadvantages of the device are a large loading of the trough with a solid phase of the pulp, which worsens the subsidence in its bottom part of the fine and thin useful component, especially plate-shaped gold, and a considerable dilution of the concentrate by large classes of gangue due to the vertically located cutoff slot.

A sluice for enrichment of placers is also known, accepted as a prototype, including a body with an inclined bottom, made of two planes placed at an angle to each other and connected along the entire length by an elastic element, flow guides placed under the loading device, two plates installed With a gap in relation to each other and parallel to the sides of the lock. The gateway is equipped with a divider consisting of horizontally mounted plates, zigzag guide plates installed perpendicular to the horizontal plates and symmetrical with respect to the longitudinal axis of the lock, and made in the form of a wedge-shaped bent plate by a fairing connecting zigzag plates. The dissector is installed in the tail part of the lock.

Disadvantages of the lock - the complexity of the structure, the large losses of the valuable component due to the heavy load of the bottom part of the sluice by the solid phase of the pulp, which makes it difficult to slip thin and plate gold into the natural part of the sluice, the poor efficiency of the sluice, especially when sand is enriched with coarse grains (20 mm and more) , T. This requires an increase in the size of the vertically disposed cutoff slot, which reduces the concentration of the useful component in the sluice concentrate and, therefore, does not allow the enrichment of the material with a large particle size spread from 0 to 100 mm.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the recovery of a useful component, especially fine and fine gold, the efficiency of the gateway, simplify the design of the cutter and expand the scope of the lock (ie, the use of the lock on both dredges and mobile hydromotor and hydroelevator installations such as PGS, PHB and Etc).

This goal is achieved by the fact that in the sluice for enrichment placers, which includes a body with a longitudinally inclined bottom, the loading device, the concentrate cutoff, the concentric receivers, the body is made of two parallel planes connected along the entire length by the bottom in the form of a rippled surface with an angle between the sides The corrugation is 120-130 ° . The tail part of the sluice serves as a cut-off, which has a network of holes made in each groove of the riffles. The holes are in the form of a swallowtail. The choice of angle 120-130 o is due to the fact that at a sharp or straight angle between the sides of the riffles a large layer of material is created in the groove of the riffles, the fine and lamellar gold does not have time to pass into the bottom layer and is lost with drains into the tails. At an obtuse angle between the sides of the riffles a thin loose layer of material forms in each groove of the riffles, so thin and lamellar gold manages to pass into the natural layer and leaves through the apertures to the receivers of the concentrate. The value of the angle 120-130 ° was obtained experimentally, since In this case, the optimum results of enrichment were obtained. Making the bottom of the sluice corrugated leads to the fact that the concentrate is collected in separate jets, which contributes to the creation of a laminar flow motion, as a result of which fine particles of thin and lamellar gold are not carried into the tails. The execution of the holes of the concentrator in the form of a dovetail results in the passage of heavy metal and gold particles and an insignificant fraction of the light sand fraction through them, and large particles of ghoul with the bulk of the sand fraction are washed away with tails without clogging the cut-off holes. As a result, the degree of reduction of the material fed to the corrugated sluice, the content of the useful component in the concentrate, the degree of its extraction is increased.

The claimed gateway is simple in design in comparison with the prototype.

In Fig. 1 - corrugated sluice, general view; In Fig. 2 - the same, top view; In Fig. 3 is a sectional view of AA in FIG. 2;
In Fig. 4 shows the node I in FIG. 2; In Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the BB in FIG. 4; In Fig. 6 is a cross section BB in FIG. 4.

The gateway comprises a body including walls 1, longitudinally inclined bottom 2, connected to them along the entire length, a cutter 3, which serves as the tail part of the lock. The holes of the 4 cutters are made in each groove of the riffles to the entire area of the cutter and have the shape of a swallowtail. Under the shut-off device 3 the receivers 5 of the concentrate are installed. The gateway can be paired with a deep-filling gateway, then the pulp from it flows to the claimed gateway. If the gateway works as a stand-alone machine, power is supplied to it through the boot device (not shown).

The gateway works as follows. The flow of pulp fed to the sluice moves along the corrugated bottom. 2. Fine and fine gold is deposited in the moving pulp flow to the bottom part of the sluice, collecting heavy metals and gold concentrate into separate jets, cutting off the concentrate at the end of the sluice in the cutoff part 3 through holes 4 made In the form of a swallowtail, excluding jamming in them ghouls. The isolated concentrate has a small volume and a high concentration of the useful component, in particular gold, since Most of the waste rock is carried into the tailings. Concentrate is collected in receivers 5 and then sent to the secondary enrichment and debugging on the underlays or centrifugal separators. Tails are sent to control enrichment (not shown).

The use of a corrugated gateway makes it possible to increase the extraction of a useful component and the efficiency of its operation, to reduce the loss of a valuable component. The design of the gateway is simple in comparison with the known gateways.

A prototype of a corrugated sluice was produced. Its installation after the deep filling sluice made it possible to receive an additional 9 to 34.5% of gold by collecting fine and very fine gold on the corrugated sluice. At the same time, a decrease in gold losses by 65.8-78.4%, i.е. In 2-3,6 times.
