The working part of the crushing mechanism can be provided with a tensioning device 6 made in the form of a spring-loaded beam with two rollers. The contact surface of the driving and intermediate shafts can be embossed with the possibility of hooking the chain links, the drive shafts being additionally provided with guiding grooves.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to devices for crushing lumpy material, frozen coal, clay concentrates and can be used in mining, metallurgy and construction - wherever it is loaded into feed hoppers from wagons, dump trucks and feed of conveyors from cold storage-fillers.

Known is an apparatus for grinding coal on the grate of a receiving hopper, containing a self-propelled cart, an electric drive, a working organ in the form of drums with teeth mounted on a cart with the possibility of rotation from an electric drive mounted on a self-propelled cart [1].

This installation is characterized by low productivity and excessive power consumption of the device, due to the inevitability of re-grinding, limited ability to work with viscous clay concentrates, the complexity of the design.

The device closest to the claimed invention in terms of the technical essence and the result achieved is a device for crushing lump material containing a hopper with a grating top combined with a crushing mechanism, a drive [2].

The object of the invention is to increase the productivity of the device, reduce the structural complexity of the service, increase the reliability of operation at low temperatures, especially with viscous clay concentrates.

The task is achieved due to the fact that in the device for crushing lumpy material containing a hopper with a grating top combined with a crushing mechanism, the drive differs from the known one in that the working part of the crushing mechanism is drive and intermediate shafts rotatable and transversely A directed envelope of their infinite chain. The working crushing mechanism can be equipped with a tensioning device made in the form of a spring-loaded beam with two rollers. The contact surface of the driving and intermediate shafts can be embossed with the possibility of hooking the chain links, the drive shafts being additionally provided with guiding grooves.

The device comprises a hopper 1, rotatably driven drive shafts 2, intermediate shafts 3, actuators 4 (a second actuator not shown), an endless chain 5 passing through a tensioning device 6 provided with a beam 7 with rollers 8 spring-loaded with springs 9. The tension of the chain is adjusted by the tensioning device 6 and can be automatically changed by the springs 9 with varying loads on the crushing mechanism. The lumpy or stuck material, falling on the trellised top of the hopper 1, partially falls down, and the large pieces are crushed by the cutting sections of the chain, while along the entire length of the end drive shafts, the active outer sections of the chain have a direction of movement to the central part of the hopper (as well as the direction of movement of the drive Shafts), thereby preventing the possibility of spilling a crushing mass over the hopper. Crushing of oversized materials is carried out over the entire area of ​​the trellised top, which increases the productivity and quality of crushing. After completion of the crushing, the load on the endless chain 5 is reduced, the springs 9 press the beam 7, the contact switches mounted on the hopper (not shown) are activated and the crushing system stops with the disconnection of the drives 4.

CLAIM

1.
