The invention relates to heating, in particular to heat supply systems for residential and other buildings with circulation pipes, and can be used for space heating. The heating radiator comprises a serpentine tubular element having several rectilinear portions and radial junctions arranged one above the other in a vertical plane, an external thread is formed at the ends of the element, and the attachment device is in the form of a union nut and a nipple; on the latter, a support flange is formed, One side of the collar is threaded, and on the other - smooth. The threaded side is connected to the thermal network by a threaded side, for example, through the adapter with the help of a special key and an opening made under the shoulder for the key, on the opposite side the nipple is made smooth with annular grooves. The length of the smooth surface of the nipple is greater than the thread length at the ends of the heat exchanger tube. In the annular grooves of the nipple, sealing rings are placed in contact with the wall of the cavity of the heat exchanger tube. The smooth surface of the nipple together with the sealing rings is installed in the cavity of the heat exchanger tube, pressed against its end by the collar of the nipple through a flat gasket and fixed by means of a union nut. To the radius transition of the heat exchanger tube, a support is attached to fix the heating device to the wall of the room. The invention makes it possible to simplify the installation of the heating radiator and increase the convenience of use in everyday life.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to heating, in particular to heat supply systems for residential and other buildings with circulation pipes, and can be used for heating premises, mainly bathrooms and toilets, and drying clothes, for example, as a heated towel rail.

A device for connecting a pipe assembly with a thread, preferably to a radiator, is known. The device is made in the form of a spherical cap with an internal thread, connected to the pipe assembly by welding, and a nipple connecting the pipe assembly to the radiator due to the external threads of the nipple, made with different directions of the turn. A keyhole is made in the nipple (see copyright certificate of the USSR N 562705, F 24 D 1/08, June 25, 1997).

A heat exchanger with natural air circulation is known, comprising a zigzag-shaped heating tubular element connected to the heat network, having rectilinear sections and racks mounted in U-shaped plates. The straight sections of the pipes of the heating element are arranged one above the other with a displacement in the vertical plane and are made in four rows (see RF patent No. 2,084,796 C1, F28 F 1/24, 3/02, F 24 H 3/06, July 20, 1997) . This analogue is taken as a prototype.

The disadvantage of the known devices adopted for the prototype is the complexity of their design when installing in buildings of large thermal costs, but also the inconvenience of using them for domestic needs of a person.

The task, the solution of which is directed to the claimed technical solution, is the creation of a radiator suitable for use in bathrooms and toilets, for example, as a heated towel rail.

The technical result achieved in the implementation of the claimed technical solution is to simplify the installation of the heating radiator and increase the convenience of using it in everyday life.

The solution of the task, which ensures the obtaining of a given technical result, is as follows. The heating radiator comprises a serpentine tubular element having several rectilinear portions and radial transitions arranged one above the other in a vertical plane, according to the invention, at the ends of the element, an external thread is made for connecting it to the pipes of the heat network by means of a device consisting of a nipple with a supporting collar and A nipple of which is threaded on one side of the collar and smooth on the other, the last nipple is located in the cavity of the element with the shoulder of the shoulder in the end of the element and are connected to each other through a flat gasket by a cap nut located on the nipple between the collar and the thread The nipple is screwed into the adapter mounted on the heat pipe, and in addition, annular grooves are formed on the smooth surface of the nipple, in which the sealing rings are placed in contact with the wall of the cavity of the element. The length of thread cutting at the ends of the element is less than the length of the nipple installed in the cavity. Inside the nipple under the collar a key hole is made, and a support is attached to the radius transition of the tubular element to fix the radiator on the wall of the room.

The essence of the claimed invention is illustrated by the drawings of FIG. 13.

HEATING RADIATOR

In Fig. 1 shows a general view of the radiator, FIG. 2 - device for connecting the heat exchanger to the pipes of the heat network, node I in Fig. 1 is a sectional view, FIG. 3 - support for fixing the radiator on the wall of the room, section AA in Fig. 1.

The heating radiator consists of a tubular heat exchanger 1 of a serpentine form, an attachment device 2 to the pipes 3 of the heating network. The heat exchanger 1 has rectilinear portions and radial transitions 4 of tubes arranged one above the other in a vertical plane (Figure 1). At the ends of the heat exchanger pipe 1, an external thread is formed. The attachment device 2 comprises a cap nut 5 with an internal thread corresponding to the external thread at the ends of the heat exchanger tube 1 and a nipple 6 with a collar 7. On one side of the collar 7, on the nipple 6, a thread corresponding to the thread of, for example, the adapter 8, Side of the collar 7, the nipple 6 is made smooth, with a length greater than the thread length at the ends of the heat exchanger tube 1, with a diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the heat exchanger tube. In the inner opening of the pin 6, a key hole 9 is formed under the shoulder 7, for example a hexagon (Fig. 2). On the smooth surface of the pin 6, annular grooves are provided in which the sealing rings 10 are arranged. A flat gasket 11 is arranged between the end of the heat exchanger tube 1 and the collar 7 of the pin 6. To the radial transition 4 of the heat exchanger tube 1, a support 12 for attaching the radiator to the wall of the room is connected, for example , Screws with dowels (Figure 3).

Installation of the heating radiator is carried out as follows. On the nipple 6, the union nut 5 is installed on the threading side and screwed into the adapter sleeve 8 on the heating network pipe 3 with a special key by means of the hole 9. In the same way, they are fed to the other pipe of the heat network. On the opposite side of nipple 6, i.e. On the side of the smooth surface, a flat gasket 11 is set up to touch the collar 7, and in the annular grooves of the pin 6, the sealing rings 10 are placed and they come with another nipple on the other heat pipe 3. Then a heat exchanger 1 is installed on the pin 6, the smooth surfaces of the nipples being introduced into the internal cavities of the heat exchanger tubes, together with the sealing rings 10, until they come into contact with the union nuts 5, which are screwed onto the threads of the heat exchanger tubes 1 to the end of the tubes in the flanges 7 of the nipples 6 through the flat gaskets 11. The heating radiator connected to the radial transition 4 of the pipe 12 is fixed to the wall of the room, for example, with screws using dowels. The increase in the length of the smooth surface of the pin 6 beyond the external threads at the ends of the heat exchanger tube 1 increases the strength of the radiator.

The heating radiator works as follows. Hot water from pipe 3 of the heat network passes through the adapter 8 and nipple 6 into the tubular heat exchanger 1 at the inlet of the heating radiator and circulating through the heat exchanger exits it through the nipple 6 through the adapter 8 into the other pipe 3 of the heating network at the outlet, thereby Heat the heat exchanger 1, and the latter, through the natural circulation of air, warms the room.

According to the proposed technical solution, a prototype of a heating radiator was manufactured and tested, and design documentation for its serial production was prepared.
