Moreover, hollow disks-washers are rigidly attached to the inner wall of the housing, located parallel to the height of the housing and connected hydraulically to each other by bypass tubes, the disc washers have through holes, made concentrically and connected through the branch pipes installed in the cover and bottom of the housing, with the systems of cold and Hot water supply to the shaft, the bottles are fixed rigidly to the bottom with holes in the bottoms and sides, with radially attached semi-cylinders in two rows, displaced relative to each other by 10-15, and between the glasses the conical disks with concentric Holes, connected rigidly in pairs with each other by means of ring augers. The invention allows the use of a hydraulic heat generator for heating a liquid.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to heating technology and can be used for heating water for hot water supply and heating.

A hydraulic heat generator is known, including an input twist device connected to a vortex tube body, a branch pipe for withdrawing a heated liquid, the vortex tube body and the liquid outlet branch are located on opposite sides of the input twist device ( RF application for invention No. 97118346/06, class F24D 3/02, BI No. 22, 1999, Russia ).

A well-known heat generator is complex in structure.

A known rotary mass transfer apparatus comprising a casing, fixed plates and a rotor, and on the rotating vertical shaft, downwardly attached cups to which are radially attached turbulators, which are embodied in the form of in-floor semicylinders ( A.C. No. 398257, class B 01 D 3/30 , BI No. 38, 1973, the USSR ).

The known apparatus is complex in structure and is not intended for heating the liquid.

The closest to the proposed technical solution is a multi-seated plunger comprising a cylinder with a lid, seals and a plunger to which a set of annular membranes are attached ( As No. 375430, class B 01 D 3/30, BI No. 38, 1973, USSR ).

The known apparatus is complex in structure and is not intended for heating the liquid.

The design of the plunger is not designed to heat the liquid.

The figure shows the scheme of the proposed heat generator hydraulic.

The heat generator comprises a cylindrical body 1 with a lid 2 and a bottom 3, in which a bearing 4 and a thrust bearing 5, respectively, with a vertical shaft 6 fixed to them, having a coupling 7 for receiving power (rotation) are mounted on them. In the bottom 3 there is a branch pipe 8 of the cold water inlet, and in the cover 2 there is a branch pipe 9 of the hot water outlet connected, respectively, to the cold and hot water supply systems (not shown). In the left part of the cover 2 there is a plug 10.

HYDRAULIC HYDROGENERATOR

Inside the body 1 there is a twist device consisting of hollow discs 11 disposed parallel to the height of the body and connected hydraulically to each other by the bypass pipes 12. The disc disks 1 have through holes 13 made concentrically and connected through the branch pipes to the water supply systems.

To the shaft 6, the cups 14 are fixedly fixed bottom with holes in the bottoms and sides, with the cylinders 15 radially attached to them in two rows, displaced relative to each other by 10-15 °. The tops of the cups 14 are fixed to the shaft 6 by rods 16 to give them a general rigidity. Between the cups 14, to the shaft 6, rigid disk disks 17 with concentric holes (not shown) are rigidly connected together by means of annular screws 18. A high viscosity fluid 19, for example spindle oil, is filled inside the housing 1.

Disks-washers 11 are rigidly attached to the inner wall of the body 1, for example, on welding. The through holes 13 are made of bushings, the ends of which are welded to the upper and lower sides of the disc disks 11. The ring screws 18 are made by welding to metal rings made, for example, from pipes, on top of their spiral plate. To the outer surface of the plate along the generatrix, both housing discs 17 are welded from the shaft side 6. A variant of the cold water inlet through the branch pipe 9 is possible, and the hot water outlet through the branch pipe 8 (countercurrent).

THERMAL GENERATOR WORKS AS FOLLOWS:

In the assembled form, the heat generator through the plug 10 is filled with a high-viscosity liquid. Connect 8 and 9 to the cold and hot water supply systems with the help of couplings 7 to the drive motor, for example, a wind turbine.

Including the drive motor, the heat generator shaft 6, the cups 14 with the semi-cylinders 15, the conical disks 17 with the ring screws 18 will begin to rotate in the housing 1, converting the mechanical energy into thermal energy. The resulting frictional heat is transferred from the high-viscosity liquid 19 to hollow discs-washers 11 that are filled with water. When the high-viscosity liquid 19 is heated above 70-80 ° C, a valve is opened to supply the hot water supply system (not shown). Cold water through the pipe 8 starts to flow continuously into the hollow disc washers 11, flow from the lower disk-washer 11 to the upper through the bypass pipes 12 and exit heated through the pipe 9 into the hot water supply system.

Through holes 13 made of bushings increase the heating surface between the heated high-viscosity liquid 19 and cold water. Through the apertures 13, the heated, highly viscous liquid 19 will rise upward and circulate inside the body 1 of the heat source, effectively giving off heat to the water.

The proposed heat generator hydraulic is compact, has movable and fixed disks, the latter are made hollow for the passage of the heated liquid along them. The heat generator can be used in three versions: the first option - only with glasses and half-cylinders attached to the rotating shaft; The second variant - only with conical pair disks, fastened by ring augers; The third option - glasses with half-cylinders and conical disks with ring screws (see drawing).

The design of the heat generator in different versions provides a prerequisite for its wide application in various areas of the national economy of the country.
