The method consists in exposing the helminth to a therapeutic mixture of eucalyptus leaf decoction with the addition of eucalyptus essential oil. The therapeutic mixture in the amount of 1 l at t = 40 ° -42 ° C is injected into the rectum with enemas daily for 5-7 days, with an exposure in the intestine of 15-20 minutes. Before the introduction of therapeutic mixture put a cleansing enema. The method provides for the expulsion of various types of worms with the exception of toxic effects on the body.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to medical parasitology, and can be used for the treatment of helminthiasis.

The release of man from parasites, in particular, helminths, is of great importance for strengthening and healing the body as a whole and curing from diseases provoked by helminthiasis.

The basis of many gastrointestinal diseases (constipation, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain due to enteritis or enterocolitis), respiratory diseases (from acute respiratory disease to pneumonia), neurological diseases (from causeless irritation, headaches, dizziness to nerve tics and even epileptic seizures), chronic fatigue syndrome, allergic reactions in the form of skin rashes, and mental disorders are often caused by helminth infection. Helminth toxins inhibit the human circulatory system and cause anemia, in severe cases, it is so acute that blood cancer is diagnosed. (Kornakova, EE, Human Parasites, St. Petersburg, 2002; Muller R. Worms and human diseas. Oxon - New York, 2001).

The impact of toxins secreted by worms on the nervous system leads to sleep disorders, headaches, and in severe cases, muscle tone disorders. The cause of the disease can be very difficult to recognize, so even a fatal outcome is possible.

Helminth toxins weaken the immune system, aggravating the course of many diseases.

With minor invasions by helminths, the disease may be asymmetrical. But an asymptomatic carrier that does not know about its infection will infect others.

Many doctors, diagnosing and treating diseases, do not take into account the possibility of intestinal worm infestations, conduct a lengthy and exhausting narrow-specific treatment that does not relieve the patient from suffering and does not lead to a cure, and the disease is often complicated by side effects of medications.

The difficulty lies in the fact that microscopic examination of the feces of helminth eggs is often not determined, which is associated with the cyclical life stages of the development of helminths and the imperfection of laboratory equipment.

Known methods of expelling helminths from the human body by medicinal drugs, which selectively act on one or another type of helminths, in addition, they are very toxic and have numerous side effects, as well as contraindications for a number of diseases (Mashkovsky MD. Drugs, 2001 G., Zayats R.G., Rachkovskaya I.V., Karpov I.A. Fundamentals of General and Medical Parasitology, 2002).

As a prototype, a method that is closest to the technical essence and the achieved scientific and technical result, we chose a method of expelling helminths with medicinal herbs (extracts, decoctions, infusions) (Mashkovsky MD Medicines, 2001; Kornakova E.E. Human parasites, St. Petersburg, 2002).

As anthelmintic medicinal herbs are recommended flowers of tansy, flowers of wormwood tsitvarnoy, rhizome of male fern, taken per os in a certain dosage. However, it was noted that antiparasitic medicinal herbs taken per os have a pronounced toxic effect and their overdose or individual intolerance can even be fatal. The use of decoctions or infusions of medicinal plants with a low concentration (to reduce toxic action) gives not a positive, but a negative effect, because Helminth survivors become aggressive and crawl into organs that are unusual for them and their impact on them becomes problematic (E.E. Kornakova. Human parasites, St. Petersburg, 2002).

The flowers of tansy and wormwood tsitvarnoy used mainly against ascaris and pinworms, they do not act on tapeworms. The extract of male fern is used primarily to affect tapeworms (Mashkovsky MD Medicines, 2001). However, the latter is very toxic and is contraindicated in a number of diseases: liver and kidney diseases, gastric ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer, acute gastrointestinal and febrile diseases, anemia, etc. Besides, it is not always possible to completely banish tapeworms, which leads to the separation of individual segments of the body of the worm, leaving the head attached to the intestinal mucosa, which leads to further growth of the worm and relapse of the disease.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the method of treating helminthiasis due to the intense expulsion of a wider range of different types of helminths (both round and tape), the expulsion of tapeworms with the head, the exclusion of the toxic effect of the known antiparasitic medicinal herbs.

This goal is achieved as follows. 30 g of eucalyptus leaves are brought to a boil in 1 liter of water and boil for 15 minutes. Then insist in a closed container for 2-3 hours. Immediately before the introduction into the rectum in 1 liter of the present decoction t = 40 ° -42 ° С 15-30 drops of eucalyptus essential oil are added (any pharmaceutical company).

Before the treatment mixture is introduced into the rectum, the patient is given a cleansing 2-liter enema t = 20 ° -22 ° C in order to cleanse the intestines and create conditions for the smooth introduction of the treatment mixture.

Then enter 1 liter of therapeutic mixture prepared by the method described above. The therapeutic mixture, administered with an enema, is retained in the intestine for 15-20 minutes. The described therapeutic procedure is performed daily for 5-7 days, each time pre-cleansing the intestine with an enema.

Examples of specific implementations of the method.

Example 1. Bg G., 42 years old. For many years, he was treated on an outpatient and inpatient basis for chronic allergic reactions in the form of the urticaria with traditional medicament-free antiallergic drugs. Microscopic examination of feces eggs worms were not found.

The patient received treatment with the described method. Previously put 2-liter cleansing enema with boiled water t = 20 ° -22 ° C. Then, for 6 days (after a preliminary cleansing enema), an enema was daily applied from 1 l of decoction t = 40 ° -42 ° С of eucalyptus leaf with its subsequent infusion for 2 hours (30 g of eucalyptus leaf per 1 l of water) and adding immediately before the introduction into the rectum of 20 drops of eucalyptus essential oil. After 1 day of treatment, a large amount of mucus was macroscopically detected in the feces of the patient. After 2 days of treatment, pinworms were found in large numbers in the stool of the patient and several ascaris. Within 3–4 days of treatment, tapeworm segments and a large amount of mucus were found in the patient's stool. On the 5th day of treatment, 3 tapeworm heads were released. On the 6th day of treatment, 2 balls of Ascaris were released.

Allergic manifestations in the form of urticaria began to decrease, starting from the 3rd day of treatment and completely disappeared by the 6th day. The patient considers himself healthy. Treatment is recommended to repeat after 1 month.

Example 2. B-th D., 51 years old. For 4 years, he was repeatedly treated in the hospital for vegetative-vascular dystonia of hypertensive type and osteochondrosis of the cervical spine, suffered from dizziness, headaches in the back of the head, memory loss, increased fatigue and irritability. He was treated with traditional medications for his illness and physiotherapy procedures. Passed a course of acupuncture and therapeutic massage. Health status has not improved. Moreover, gastrointestinal disorders appeared in the form of stomach pain, constipation, alternating with diarrhea. After repeated studies of feces, the eggs of worms were found only for the 4th time. The treatment by the proposed method within 7 days.

After the 1st day of treatment, there were no peculiarities in the patient's stool. After the 2nd day of treatment, 8 ascarids were released. After the 3rd day of treatment, 4 tapeworms came out together with the heads (the length of the worms was from 60 to 120 cm) and a large amount of medusiform mucus. On 4-5 days of treatment, 2 balls of ascaris and 1 worm 90 cm long with a head were released. On the 6th day of treatment, 2 heads of worms without a body came out. On the 7th day of the treatment, several ascarids appeared.

As the parasites were driven out during the treatment process, the patient's condition gradually improved. By the 7th day of treatment, gastrointestinal disorders disappeared, blood pressure stabilized to 140/90, headache, dizziness, memory disorders disappeared. The patient feels good.

Example 3 B-th N., 36 years old. Over the past 4 years, suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome, memory loss, persistent headaches, and pain in the knee joints tormented him.

Microscopically, ascaris eggs and several segments of tapeworm were found in the patient’s feces. The patient was treated on an outpatient basis with infusion of tansy, prepared according to the recommendation of the Mashkovsky MD reference book. (2001) within 6 days. In the process of treatment, a small tangle of Ascaris came out. It was used to treat the seed of citrus wormwood, which the patient took a tablespoon mixed with honey 3 times a day for 4 days. For 3-4 days of treatment, 13 ascarids were released. But the patient did not feel significant improvements in his state of health, he was tormented by constant weakness, apathy and loss of memory.

The treatment by the proposed method within 6 days. For 1-2 days of treatment, no features were observed in the patient's stool. On day 3 of the treatment, 2 large balls of ascaris, a large amount of mucus and scraps of the bodies of tapeworms were released. On 4-5 days of treatment, the ascaris was passing, and a tapeworm 120 cm long with a head came out. and came out 2 heads without a body and a large amount of mucus. On the 6th day of the treatment, several ascarids occurred. Already in the course of the medical procedures, the patient began to feel much better, “lightness in the body” and “clearing in the head” appeared, pain in the joints decreased.

The proposed method of expelling helminths was treated with 13 people suffering from various diseases. Helminths, both round and tape, appeared in all patients during the treatment process. The main symptoms of the disease after the expulsion of the parasites, as a rule, disappeared. Adverse adverse effects of the described therapeutic effects were not observed.

Disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, biliary and urinary functions were noted. The treatment was well tolerated.

In the literature available to us, we did not find information on the use of eucalyptus leaf in describing various methods of expelling worms from the human body. In the directory Mashkovsky MD (2001) eucalyptus leaf, and eucalyptus essential oil, are recommended as antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agents.

The leaf of an eucalyptus has a sharp, tart, besides steady smell. The addition of eucalyptus essential oil to the hot decoction of eucalyptus leaf contributes to the active evaporation of volatile aromatic substances and their rapid penetration into the higher lying sections of the gastrointestinal tract with the introduction of the treatment mixture into the rectum. Therefore, the effect of the treatment solution is not limited to the rectal area, as with the traditional method of setting an enema with therapeutic solutions.

Due to the small size of their molecules, volatile substances of the essential oil are characterized by quick and deep penetration into the intestinal mucosa, and consequently, into the bloodstream and lymph flow, and therefore they quickly spread over a large extent of the gastrointestinal tract. and essential volatile substances, due to their peculiarities, quickly and deeply penetrate the body tissues of the helminths themselves, obviously causing neuromuscular relaxation, which contributes to their detachment from the intestinal mucosa, after which they are expelled along with the fluid when the intestines are empty.

Phytoncides of eucalyptus essential oil, and eucalyptus leaf infusion during bowel emptying after the enema remain in the cavity of the gastrointestinal tract and continue to have a detrimental effect on helminths. And during the next treatment procedure, the weakened and possibly partially dead worms erupt along with the contents of the intestine. As can be seen from the above examples of the implementation of the method, each subsequent medical procedure was characterized by a more intense release of helminths. It is also possible that the eucalyptus phytoncides dissolve the mucus of the inner surface of the gastrointestinal tract, exposing the suckers, the hooks of the heads of the worms, and the heads themselves, which are characterized by deep penetration into the mucous membrane. This feature of some species of helminths deeply infiltrated by their heads into the mucous membrane explains the fact that other medicinal herbs, taken per os, or even given in enema, act on them very little or not at all.

The use of hot decoctions of the eucalyptus leaf, introduced into the rectum together with the eucalyptus essential oil, gives the method a new property compared to the prototype method and provides it with an over-total effect, which is expressed in a stronger effect on the helminths due to the penetration of volatile molecules of the essential oil into the tissue helminth bodies, which has a detrimental effect on them, but also in dissolving mucus on the inner surface of the gastrointestinal tract, which exposes the worms' heads along with their suckers and hooks and about facilitates their detachment from the intestinal mucosa and in the penetration of volatile substances into the bloodstream of eucalyptus and then through the gastrointestinal tract.

and due to its anti-inflammatory action, eucalyptus promotes healing of the mucous membrane at the sites of the worms.
