The invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and can be used to treat peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum. The method is the appointment of traditional medications together with oral therapy with a mineral-containing preparation and is characterized by the use of a treple of the Pervomaisky deposit of the Alatyrsky district of the Chuvash Republic or the Shadrinsky deposit of the Kurgan region in the form of an aqueous suspension consisting of 4-6 g of trepal on a 150- 200 ml of water. The proposed method makes it possible to shorten the duration of treatment.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and can be used in the treatment of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.

There is a known method for treating peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, including joint administration, along with treatment according to indications by pharmaceuticals or medicinal herbs, a biologically active, naturally balanced mixture of vitally important, not less than eighteen amino acids in combination with micro- and macroelements. Patent 2091067, cl. A 61 K 31/195, A 61 K 33/00, 6 A 61 K 31/195, 1997

A method for treating peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum with the help of esophagogastroduodenoscopy is known, during which the ulcerative defect and surrounding tissue ulcer are applied with an emulsion of Eikonol edible oil in a dose of 5-7 ml once every 2-3 days with a course duration of 10-18 Days.

The disadvantages of the known method include the use of esophagogastroduodenoscopy, which complicates the process and creates an incidental painful effect when the healing drug is injected into the patient's body.

The closest way to treat peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum is the method consisting in the intake of a nutritional supplement of the complex action of Litovit, consisting of natural minerals such as zeolite, wheaten and rye bran. Litovit is taken 40-60 minutes before meals or 1.5-2 hours after a meal, and with the simultaneous use of medicinal preparations, taking Litovit and medicines is carried out with a difference of 1.5-2 hours.

The drawbacks of the known method include the content in the Litovite bran, which is a fiber and which can cause a mechanical trauma to the ulcerative defect during exacerbation of gastric ulcer. At the same time, the known additive is gradually taken up by increasing the dose and takes a fairly long time (35 days). Bagatov V.I. And others. Litovit / AOZT NPF "Nov". Novosibirsk, 1997, p. 2, 29, 34.

The invention solves the problem of creating a method that extends the arsenal of technical means for a given purpose, which makes it possible to shorten the periods of treatment of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum.

This is achieved by the fact that the method of treating peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum by prescribing traditional medications together with oral therapy with a mineral-containing preparation uses a treple of the Pervomaisky deposit of the Alatyrsky district of the Chuvash Republic or the Shadrinsky deposit of the Kurgan region in the form of an aqueous suspension consisting of 4 -6 grams of trebled for 150-200 ml of water.

To prepare the suspension, a trefoil was used for the Pervomaiskoye deposit of the Alatyrsky district of the Chuvash Republic, containing: silicon oxides 60.3-72.5; Iron 2.8-4.2; Aluminum 8.4-10.1; Calcium, 2.6-12.3; Magnesium 0,9-1,3; Sodium 0,18-0,29; Potassium 1,4-1,5, or trepel of the Shadrinsky deposit of the Kurgan region, containing,%: silicon oxides 57.3-68.9; Iron 4,4-8,4; Aluminum 11,2-20,8; Calcium 0,1-2,3; Magnesium 1.6-3.0.

From trace elements in trepal contains: copper, molybdenum, fluorine, manganese, phosphorus. Heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, mercury) are not contained.

To prepare the aqueous suspension, a finely ground trephine with a particle size of 0.03-0.04 mm was used.

The difference between the claimed solution and the known ones is the use of trephal as a mineral-containing preparation in the form of an aqueous suspension consisting of 4-6 grams of trepel per 150-200 ml of water. The advantage of using an aqueous suspension of trepal is that it has a mild effect on the ulcerous surface, does not cause a mechanical trauma to the ulcerative defect during peptic ulcer exacerbation, significantly shortens the time of ulceration and the duration of treatment.

The treatment of peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum is illustrated by the following examples.

Example 1 . Patient S., born in 1956, was treated with a diagnosis: acute duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, a 0.7 cm diameter ulcer is located in the bulb on the front wall. The patient is prescribed a course of treatment with antacids, antispasmodics, anticholinergics, sedatives. 1 hour before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner, the patient received 1 teaspoon of lithovite for 5 days. Then within the next 5 days the patient received 1 teaspoon of lithovite 3 times a day for 1 hour before meals. Over the next 5 days, the patient received 1 dessert spoon 2 times a day after meals. After a break of 5 days, the patient received 1 dessert spoon 2 times a day for 15 days. In the control endoscopic study, complete cicatrization of the ulcer and a significant decrease in surface gastric changes were revealed after treatment.

Example 2 . Patient M., born in 1940, was treated with a diagnosis: acute duodenal ulcer in the acute stage, a 0.8 cm diameter ulcer is located in the bulb on the front wall. The patient is prescribed a course of complex therapy with antacids, antispasmodics, anticholinergics, sedatives. 0.5 hours before breakfast and 2 hours after dinner, the patient received an aqueous suspension consisting of 4 grams of trepal and 150 ml of water. In the control endoscopic study on day 18, complete cicatrization of the ulcer and a significant decrease in surface gastric changes were revealed. The patient was discharged on day 18 in a satisfactory condition. During the control examinations of the patient 2 months after discharge from the hospital, a persistent tender scar was observed at the site of the ulcer. Seasonal exacerbations were not.

Example 3 . Patient A., born in 1949, was on treatment with a diagnosis: peptic ulcer, ulcer of bulb of duodenum with a diameter of 0.9 cm. The patient was prescribed usual complex therapy and 1 hour before breakfast and 2.5 hours after dinner patient Obtained an aqueous suspension consisting of 5 grams of trepal and 150 ml of water. With a control endoscopic study on day 20, cicatrization of the ulcer and the disappearance of superficial inflammatory changes in the mucosa were noted. The patient is discharged from the hospital in a satisfactory condition.

Example 4 . Patient P., born in 1964, was on treatment with a diagnosis: peptic ulcer, duodenal bulb ulcer with a diameter of 0.7 cm. The patient was prescribed usual complex medication and for 1 hour before breakfast and 1.5 hours before dinner, the patient Obtained an aqueous suspension consisting of 6 g of trepal and 200 ml of water. With a control endoscopic study on day 18, a decrease in the ulcerative defect and the disappearance of superficial inflammatory changes in the mucosa were detected. The patient is discharged from the hospital in a satisfactory condition.

Example 5 . Patient N., born in 1947, has a stomach ulcer for 10 years. Being in hospital treatment, the patient received ranitidine and 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening for 0.5 hour before meals, an aqueous suspension of trepal consisting of 6 grams of trepel per 200 ml of water. After a 20-day course, there was a steady remission, the general condition of the patient improved, he began to gain weight. Signs that indicate the appropriateness of a course are absent.

Thus, the use of an aqueous suspension of trephine with duodenal ulcer leads to a reduction in the size of the ulcer, acceleration of its scarring and shortening of the treatment period.
