DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of regeneration of rubber waste produced during the manufacture of rubber products, rubber shoes, tires, but also in the processing of used tires and other rubber products, obsolete, in particular to substances modifier, causing destruction of the vulcanized compositions .

Rubber regeneration process involves the use of various methods or substances that lead to its destruction, in particular, for this purpose the chemical modifiers are used.

Because of N GDR Patent 209 593 it is known an impact on rubber crumb with the plasticizer composition peptizer at 130-200 o C in a gas atmosphere saturated with oxygen.

Known and processing of rubber crumb epoxidized and / or hydroxylated diene polymer liquid phase (Japanese Patent Application N 1-22962, cl. C 08 L 75/04).

According to the testimony of the author's inventions are known and other chemical additives, modifiers, such as N-tsiklogeksiltioftalimid (USSR AS N 711057, cl. C 08 L 9/00), or a 50% solution in disulfidizooktilfenola spindle oil (the Soviet Union, and. a. N 1016202, cl. Bed and 29 H 19/00), or a mixture of sulfur and N-cyclohexyl-2- benztiazolilsulfenamidom (USSR aS N 1678819, cl. the C 08 J 11/28) .

Among other known modifiers of this destination closest in composition and functions should be considered as a prototype accepted regeneration modifier from "Songs for reclaim" copyright certificate USSR N 1620454, cl. C 08 J 11/04 (the full composition of a modifier is shown in Table 6, Example 46).

And this invention and all of the previously solved one problem - can dispose of waste tonnage rubber industry through the use of various chemical modifiers.

The purpose of the proposed technical solution is the same - recycling of rubber waste by expanding the range of modifiers.

This object is achieved in that the regeneration of scrap rubber modifier comprising thiazol administered additionally carbochain rubber curing system consisting of a sulfenamide, zinc oxide, stearic acid and rosin, and the organic peroxide, and thiazole, and an organic peroxide in a weight ratio of (0 3 - 1): (1 - 0.3) at the following component ratio, mass parts .:

Carbochain rubber - 100

Said cure system - 14 - 27

A mixture of thiazole and organic peroxide in said ratio - 15 - 30

To prove the significant differences of the claimed technical solution to the famous quote the following rationale:

use as a modifier of rubber waste regeneration composition of substances proposed qualitative and quantitative composition is not known from other technical decisions,

introduction of the modifier based on various rubbers as active principle the synergistic mixtures "-thiazol-organic peroxide" in the claimed amount and ratio of the modifier can be used at various regeneration waste rubber composition; This process is apparently due to selective destructive effect on highly reactive system of a surface cross-sulfur vulcanized rubber crumb layer.

The composition and properties of the claimed modifier were worked previously, and a further test criterion for the modifier complex served their properties in the optimum value (for the HK-based compositions), but this value was decisive strength characteristics.

The results of this test are shown in Tables 1 and 2, where Table 1 shows the testing of the active compound ratios "-thiazol-organic peroxide" at constant total dosage (20 parts) in the inoculant.

Table 2 - development of the total dosage of synergistic mixtures "-thiazol-organic peroxide" them at constant ratio (1: 1) in the modifier.

Based on the above data show that satisfactory strength characteristics were obtained only in the case of combined action of the mixture "-thiazol-organic peroxide" (Table 1, Examples 2 - 8), and shows a tendency of deterioration of the properties during separation operation of each component of the synergistic composition (Table 1, examples 1 and 9).

The results presented in Table 2 indicate that a satisfactory strength indicator value corresponds to the modifier composition, wherein the synergistic mixture is present in an amount of from 15 to 30 wt. h. (Examples 11-14).

Similarly, it was determined and the ability to use other (except HK) carbochain rubber modifier in an optimum recipe (Table 3); lower the value of the strength parameters for the composition of a modifier based on nitrile rubber (Example 17) is explained by the nature of the rubber, which is a mixture in unfilled condition characterized by low strength characteristics, and their main purpose - to use maslobenzoynostoykih products.

Since the modifier contains in its structure degrades sufficiently strong agents (for example, organic peroxide), to the process for manufacturing special requirements - to the order (sequence) and introducing the components to the processing time for mixing equipment. The authors suggest that the method of manufacturing a modifier can be the subject of a separate application, so the data on this process are provided in general terms.

Production is carried out on modifying standard equipment rubber industry, and the introduction of the ingredients takes place according to the following regime:

Carbochain rubber - 0 min

Cure system - the 5th min

A mixture of thiazole and organic peroxides - 8 minutes minutes

Unloading modifier - in the 10th minute

Based on the fact that the purpose of the modifier - its use for recovery of rubber waste, its properties were studied in a test of regenerate obtained by mixing with the claimed modifying rubber crumb (crumb in this case may be any according to the qualitative composition, a dispersion of up to 6 mm).

Reclaimed was made by mixing all the components in standard mixing equipment on the existing technological regimes.

The examples in Table 4 illustrate the structure and main physico-mechanical properties of the regenerate (optimally) containing the inventive crumb rubber and modifier. These examples show that the introduction of reclaimed modifier in an amount of 5 to 40 parts by weight leaves practically stable regenerate the basic properties, however, the preferred dosage is 5 - 20 wt. h. (Examples 29-32) for economic reasons.

In addition, Table 4 demonstrate the use of the obtained reclaimed as a separate composition, for example, such positions as cover for railway crossings, under-rail pads, plates, mats etc. product.

It is also possible to regenerate the introduction of the claimed modifier and the newly produced (fresh) rubber compounds.

Thus, Table 5 shows that the use of mixtures in general purpose even large amounts of crumb rubber (in the presence of the inventive modifier) not only does not degrade the strength characteristics of the mixtures, but even markedly increases their (Examples 36, 37, 39, 40); regards mixtures based on nitrile rubber to which is determining the possibility of their use for rubber products maslobenzostojky destination where the main characteristic is the resistance to swelling index, then the data of examples 41-45, the value of this characteristic is improved even when using demonstrate significant amounts of waste rubber, general purpose (i.e., not on the basis of polar rubbers).

Summarizing the results of the work with the modifier, present (in comparison with the prototype), its full composition shown in the test regenerate containing the modifier (eg, based on HK) and vulcanized rubber waste (Table 6, Examples 46-52).

The data obtained demonstrate operability claimed modifier in the full range of its composition.

Based on all the above we can draw the following conclusions about the claimed modifier regeneration and its advantages compared with the known:

proposed modifier is not known from the prior art solutions and can be used in the manufacture of reclaimed vulcanized scrap rubber of any composition;

effective devulcanization (regeneration) of vulcanized waste rubber occurs due to the presence of the modifier in the regeneration of the active principle - a synergistic mixture of "-thiazol-organic peroxide" in the proposed ratio and amount

reclaim obtained using the inventive modifier may be used alone as a commodity rubber mixture or as an additive to fresh rubber mixtures

regenerate the manufacturing process, comprising the inventive modifier takes place at room temperature without pressure using standard equipment for the production of rubber mixtures

creating inventive regeneration modifier expands the range of known products of this destination,

the use of the claimed modifier allows to utilize and employ a variety of composition formed in various areas of the polymer industry waste tonnage vulcanized rubber, which is very important for environmental reasons.
