The invention relates to devices for handling articles of complex-precious stones. The device comprises a fixed stop, grinding wheel drive platform and a tool holder mounted on it for fixing the workpiece associated with the copier. The latter serves to report the holder of a complex motion on a certain trajectory. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to devices for processing complex-products from precious stones.

This device comprises a platform, drive grinding wheel and workpiece holder for fastening, reinforced with the possibility of committing a complex movement by the copier.

Wherein the holder is fixed to the guide mounted movably in a plane perpendicular to the holder axis. The above-mentioned guides are connected to the platform and mounted for rotation about the axis of the machine base, but also to be moved in a plane perpendicular to the surface of the abrasive wheel. As indicated above, the device has a pair of cams. One of them, mounted on a tool holder, interacting with the focus, sets the shape of the product base. The second form sets the copier products top.

The known device has a number of drawbacks, the main of which is its low productivity, the use of manual labor, and limited processing capability (only products of the same base profile).

The tasks that have set themselves the authors of the proposed technical solutions are:

- Expanding functionality by simultaneously processing products to give them a different shape;

- productivity increase;

- Reducing the number of operations using manual work.

Delivered technical result is achieved by the device comprising a platform, drive grinding wheel, holder for fixing the workpiece, reinforced with the possibility of committing a complex movement by the copier is provided with additional toolholders, reinforced with continuous planetary motion about a common axis, and complex movements in a particular area holder movement path perpetrated by reacting interchangeable cams having a different profile, with fixed stop thus, abrasive wheel periphery has a profile corresponding to the profile shape cabochon top and the platform is movable in a plane perpendicular to the end face of the abrasive wheel.

The additional amount of processing enables the holders on one machine while several kinds of products (products with bases of different shapes - ellipse, circle, etc.). This is achieved by installing various holder interchangeable cams with different profiles (for example, when the number of holders 4 can be treated with 4 types of products). The use of interchangeable cams allows, if necessary, go to the production of one product (eg, all the toolholder installed copiers for the base form of an ellipse), but also to be able to vary the percentage of products (for example, if you install four of the holder, it can be done: two products with the form of the base - the ellipse and one on the base form - oval and round).

Increased performance is achieved by introducing additional holders (4 or more, depending on the diamond wheel diameter). Reinforced holder device so that they all have a common axis around which rotate continuously. This leads to the fact that the process is continuous processing (the processing of the stone holders on one on another at the same time removes the finished product and installing the workpiece). The result is a combination of the main and auxiliary processing time for products. This leads to increased productivity.

To reduce the number of movements and simplify the forming structure used grinding wheel (tool) with a periphery designed according to the shape of the product peaks. This would eliminate the use of the mechanism to track forms the top and do not introduce additional form-building movements.

To adjust the height of the cabochon platform, on which the holder is configured to move in a plane perpendicular to the end face of the abrasive wheel.

Since all of the holder rotates continuously from the electric motor and the cabochon is read from the top of the circle, the human action is reduced to the installation preparation and removal of the finished product.

The device operates as follows:

Increasing the number of positions, continuous rotation around their common axis leads to a continuous processing process (the processing of stone on one position to another at the same time removes the finished product and installing the workpiece). The result is a combination of normal time (time for processing the product) and the auxiliary time (installation, fastening, transportation to the processing area). This leads to increased productivity.

Using a grinding wheel (tool) with a periphery designed according to the shape of top product, resulted in a decrease in the amount of shaping movements.

The use of a special abrasive wheel, and as a result of the fact that transportation of the workpiece, its machining is carried out by means of electric motors, human action is reduced to the installation and removal of the finished preform article.

Additional quality and device can include the fact that, unlike the device of U.S. Patent 3420005 failure of one of the entries will only lead to a reduction of productivity, and not to stop the machine.

CLAIM
