DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to cultural and domestic sphere, in particular, to cutlery, namely spoons, forks, knives, coffee pot, teapot, cognac sets, glass and others, to the clock of the device, namely the watch case and bracelet to them, and and adornments, designed to be worn on different parts of the body, such as brooches, medals, bracelets, earrings, rings, necklaces, coins and others.

Mankind has long been using products of cultural and community in their lives, such as food intake, table decorations and the human body.

To ensure proper functioning and high consumer properties of the material products of cultural and community purpose the following requirements:

  • the lack of interaction with his contact with food, fluids and tissues of the human body,
  • high corrosion resistance in the cleaning and disinfecting solution, sufficiently high mechanical strength,
  • high aesthetic properties.

There are products of cultural and community purpose, such as cutlery from food aluminum, which are characterized by a lack of interaction in contact with food and fluids, a relatively low cost.

However, the disadvantages of these products cultural and domestic purposes are: low aesthetic properties, the appearance of plaque and discoloration of the surface after treatment in disinfecting solutions, insufficient mechanical strength.

There are products of cultural and community purpose, for example, tableware, watches, and bracelets to them, but also stainless steel jewelry that have high mechanical strength, lack of interaction with their contact with food, fluids, human tissue, high corrosion worth cleaning and disinfecting solutions.

However, the disadvantage of these products of cultural and community purpose are not sufficiently high aesthetic properties without special treatment, and relatively high cost.

There are products of cultural and community purpose plastic coated with a layer of metallic coatings that are relatively low cost and high corrosion resistance.

The disadvantages of these products are their low strength and fragility of the coating.

There are products of cultural and community purpose of precious metals: gold, silver, platinum, which have high aesthetic qualities, good compatibility with human tissue, food and fluids, high corrosion resistance, high strength enough.

The disadvantage of these products is their high cost. There are products of cultural and community purposes, of zirconium, for example, tableware (1), the watch case and bracelet to him (2), jewelery (3), which for aesthetic properties, compatibility with human tissue, food and the environment by strength, corrosion resistance not inferior to the products of noble metals at a low cost.

However, zirconium and has a high price.

The closest technical solution chosen by the authors as the prototype, are well-known products of cultural and household purposes of metal, such as nickel silver with the application of a layer of metal coating, such as silver.

These products are not inferior to a high aesthetic qualities, the absence of interaction in contact with food, fluids and tissues of the human body by high corrosion resistance in the cleaning and disinfecting solutions, on the mechanical strength of articles made entirely of silver at a comparatively low cost.

However, such products are relatively expensive, owing to the use of silver coating and themselves have low wear resistance and corrosion resistance is not high enough in certain food environments, for example, tartaric acid.

The proposed solution is aimed at increasing resistance to wear and tear items and increase corrosion resistance while maintaining a high aesthetic properties.

This problem is solved in the following way, in contrast to the known products of cultural and household purposes of metal coated with a protective and decorative metal coating, in the claimed technical solution is used as a coating of titanium metal subgroup 1-300 microns thick deposited on top of it color-oxide film .

A comparative analysis of the proposed solutions with the prototype shows that the claimed product cultural and community purpose different from the well-known fact that as the coating used titanium metal subgroup 1-300 microns thick deposited on top of it color-oxide film. Thus, the proposed product cultural and community purpose, the results of the analysis of the prior art, is unknown and meets the criteria of patentability "novelty."

Comparison of the proposed solutions are not only a prototype, but also with other technical solutions in the art has shown that the known cutlery (spoons) with the zirconium compound coating with nitrogen (nitrite zirconium). However, this coating is characterized reduced possibilities in aesthetic terms (one color scheme of golden color).

Known cutlery, jewelry, watches with bracelet made of reinforced zirconium and its alloys with a layer of oxide film on it.

However, the coating consisting of a layer of the subgroup of titanium metal coated on top of it color-oxide film on the products of cultural and community purpose of ferrous and nonferrous metals are unknown.

The combination of known and unknown essential features of the claimed technical solution allows to increase the resistance of products of cultural and community purpose to wear and in hostile environments while providing high aesthetic properties.

The proposed solution should not be explicitly in the art, and thus meets the criteria of patentability of the invention "inventive step".

Implementation of products of cultural and community purpose of the metal coated with a protective and decorative coating of metal titanium subgroup of 1-300 microns with color-oxide film deposited on top of it can significantly increase the resistance of the product to wear and corrosion resistance while ensuring high aesthetic properties through a combination of unique properties of the combined coating, thus can be obtained on the surface of the product highly figures any color scheme (monochromatic or raznotonnoy).

For experimental verification of the proposed technical solution was carried out the following work, we prepared standard samples for testing for wear and corrosion resistance.

According to the prototype samples made of nickel silver with silver coating. According to the proposed technical solution samples were made of stainless steel 12X18H10T, which was coated with zirconium, titanium, hafnium. The coating was applied in a vacuum by RF-magnetron sputtering at the "module-ND". The thickness of the metal coating layer was 0.5: 1: 150: 300: 350 microns. Thereafter, a metallic coating layer applied to the oxide film of different colors by anodic oxidation.

Product Color determines the thickness of the oxide coating. For each variant was produced in 6 samples, the wear test coating samples was carried out according to standard procedures by rotation in an abrasive slurry at a rate of 5.83 m / s.

Corrosion test samples were assayed by the standard technique of 50% tartaric acid at a temperature of 100 o C. The results are summarized in the table below.

The analysis results given in the table shows that the proposed solution is different from the prototype higher wear resistance and corrosion resistance, while ensuring high aesthetic properties.

The optimum thickness of the metal coating layer is 1-300 microns (experiments 3-5, 7-10).

Reducing the thickness of the metal coating less than 1 micron (experiment 2 N) leads to a drastic reduction in the quality of the coating and deterioration of the aesthetic properties.

Increasing the thickness of the metal coating more than 300 microns (experience 6) leads to a significant reduction in productivity and rise in price of products without a significant improvement in the aesthetic, wear and corrosion properties.

According to the claimed technical solution manufactured products experienced similar products such as "pile extra" for the devil. N D-5000-4011, "bracelet watch") in hell. N D-4500-4001.01, "Earring" by the devil. N-T 4300-4002 12X18H10T stainless steel with application of the metal coating layer and the zirconium oxide film thereon of different colors with a positive result. Color received the following: from dark blue to light blue, from light yellow to reddish-yellow, from pink to purple, from dark green to yellow-green, pink of varying intensity, with different shades of purple.
