Use: engine building for cars and aircraft.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: The engine casing is made in the form of a cylindrical flat split box, on the outer surface of which, along two mutually perpendicular diametrical axes, are installed parallel compartments from two opposite sides of the housing compartments combining six cylinders. The pistons of the compartments are simultaneously in the same cycle, and along two other mutually perpendicular diametrical axes - shifted relative to the first by an angle of 45 ° , and are located on two opposite sides of the body of the compartments with cylinders whose pistons are in the opposite cycle. The cylinders of one compartment have one common combustion chamber located above the cylinder of the compartment, and the pistons of all pistons are hinged on one side to the pistons, and on the other hand the rods of all the cylinders of one compartment are connected by a rod pivotally mounted in the holes of the corresponding arms of two-arm levers, Inner cylindrical surface of the body. The second arm of each of these two-arm arms is connected to the rod of the cylinder rods of the adjacent compartment, and rollers contacting the tracks, for example a four-cam rotor fixed to the motor shaft, are mounted on each bar section between the piston rods.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to engine building for automobiles and aviation.

Known is a rotary piston multi-cam four-stroke engine comprising a body, cylinders with pistons, fuel feed system, ignition and exhaust gases, a gas distribution mechanism, rods pivotally connected to the pistons by two-arm levers and rollers in contact with the tracks of the rotor fixed to the motor shaft .

The disadvantage of the known engine is the insufficient power and the degree of compression and the motor resource.

The object of the invention is to eliminate these drawbacks, and also to increase the compression ratio, power, motor resource, allow the use of various types of fuel and reduce weight.

To solve the problem in the engine, the body is made in the form of a flat cylindrical split box on the outer surface of which along two mutually perpendicular diametrical axes are installed parallel to the generatrix from two opposite sides of the body compartments of six cylinders, the pistons of which are simultaneously in the same cycle, and two Other mutually perpendicular diametral axes shifted relative to the first by an angle of 45 ° and are located on two opposite sides of the body of the cylinder compartments whose pistons are in the opposite cycle, the cylinders of one compartment having one common combustion chamber located above the cylinders of the compartment, and The pistons of all the pistons are hinged on one side to the pistons and on the other hand the rods of all the cylinders of one compartment are connected by a rod pivotally mounted in the holes of the respective arms of the two-arm levers movably fixed on the inner cylindrical surface of the body, the second arm of each of these two-arm arms is connected to the rod Cylinder rods of the adjacent compartment, and on each section of the rod between the cylinder rods there are rollers in contact with the tracks, for example, a four-jaw rotor fixed rigidly to the motor shaft.

FIG. 1 shows a general view of the engine, a section in the horizontal plane of all cylinders of one row

FIG. 2 shows section AA in FIG. 1

The engine consists of a body 1, on the cylindrical surface of which are secured compartments 12, under the cover 13 of which is a common combustion chamber for six cylinders of one compartment. The piston 4 is mounted in the cylinder to which the rods are pivotally attached. The rods of six cylinders of the same compartment are connected by a rod 5 , Hingedly installed in the holes of the respective arms of the two-arm levers 6, which are fixed by the supports 7 to the inner cylindrical surface of the body 1. In the middle of each rod 5, rollers 8 are mounted. The rotor 9 and the spark plug 11 are fixed to the shaft of the motor 10.

ENGINE WORKS AS FOLLOWING

The operating cycle of the motor is carried out in four steps. The engine cylinders are closed with covers, in which the valves for the inlet of the working mixture and for the exhaust of the combustion products are located. Valves are opened at the right time with the help of a gas distribution mechanism. The motor shaft can be designed in conjunction with a camshaft. This is achieved by the fact that a four-jaw rotor, which rotates from forty-eight cylinders, and a two-jaw rotor, which with levers and pushers act on the valves of the gas-distributing mechanism, can be fixed on the motor shaft.

Each valve is opened once per four strokes of the piston, every six pairs of pistons of cylinders located on opposite sides of the body in one diametrical plane, execute the same stroke, and the rotation of the four-jaw rotor is performed simultaneously by twelve pairs of cylinders arranged in mutually perpendicular diametral planes. The remaining twelve pairs of pistons receive movement from the four-jaw rotor.

The proposed scheme of the engine makes it possible to obtain high power due to the compact arrangement of the cylinders. This can significantly reduce the weight of the engine. The common combustion chamber for six cylinders in one compartment will significantly reduce the dynamic loads on the piston, which will increase the engine's engine life. Replacement of the crank-and-rod mechanism reciprocating will allow to reduce inertial forces, reduce losses from friction, improve the balancing of the engine, and simplify the design of the engine and its maintenance. Each compartment with six cylinders has a common combustion chamber. As a consequence, the compression ratio is significantly increased, which allows for more complete combustion and the use of various types of fuel.
