How to disinfect live food

The cheapest disinfection of live food is not for freezing (ie to keep it alive) is achieved this way. Bloodworm or a coretra (with daphnia I did not try this method), rinse for 5 minutes in a thin net with tap water. Then the net is thoroughly washed and scalded, and the food is then placed in a plastic jar of 120-250 ml (from salads, desserts, etc.) and poured in water 1: 2. Then drip into it the drug IHTIOFOR (it is quite cheap) at the rate of 15 drops per 50 ml of water.
Having sustained from 1/2 hour to an hour, the food is washed again in the same net, the net is again washed and scalded, and the food is again poured twice with fresh water and methylene blue is dripped into it (50 drops per 50 ml). Having sustained an hour in this business, the food is washed for the third time, filled with fresh water, the jar is closed with a lid and stored in the refrigerator (do not need any moths, rags, etc.) for 2-3 weeks, depending on the freshness and quality of the feed itself.
I spend two years before feeding such a disinfection, and not a single outbreak of the disease has yet been observed. During this time, I only used one jar of methylene blue. In principle, it is also possible to disinfect a pipe man, but it still has to be sustained for 5-7 days in water in a flat cuvette (not in the refrigerator). But I do not recommend risking and getting involved with a pipe man, because he accumulates too much dirt in himself. For very large portions of the feed, instead of the net, it is convenient to use a small kitchen (not a tea!) Strainer with a fine mesh.
