DEVICE FOR BLOCKER

I propose to study the match in detail. This will help in the removal process and save time. To climb into the water, you need to know the ford;)

We will study the second type of blocker, since on the roads of Kiev they are already an order of magnitude greater than the old "crabs", and they have the same device, except for the meter counters and slightly changed axle bolts.

Locking device. The crab scheme.

1 - Locking "poker"
2 - Window of the meter
3 - The dog, fixing the dentate wheel, which locks the "crab"
4 - An extender welded to the lock, when the lock is closed, the "snap-in" setting counter
5 - Lock the lock
6 - Axial bolt dog (used to open the lock)
7 - Gear wheel axle bolt (used to tighten the lock on the wheel of the car)
8 - Gear wheel fixing the "poker"
9 - Closing counter (locker settings)
10 - Locking cover
11 - Holes for access to axle bolts
12 - Holes for studs - fastening the cover.

For a better understanding of the design, we "turned" the elements of the locking mechanism out:

So the lock and the dog blocker are open:

Open lock lock

And so are closed:

Locked lock

The dog and the pinion are bolted under the hexagonal by 8mm, which are also the axis:

Bolts

Practically the scheme:

Wheel lock mechanism

Pay attention to the washers in the photo above. To remove a dog or a gear from the bollard, it's not enough just to unscrew the axle bolts. It is necessary to push out these washers with a screwdriver again, then a sufficient clearance appeared in the mechanism and the subsequent disassembly will be possible.

This locking blocker paw - "poker". Has a bend and a bolt adjusting the width of the hook. Adjusting the width of the hook is used to fit the lock to the width of the wheel.

Locker poker

Lower "paws" of the blocker. Bolts are bolted with internal hexahedrons at 6mm.

Wheel lock foot

Used cheap locks. The keys are different, the "master key" is not provided.

So, after studying the theoretical part of the question, I propose to proceed directly to the working methods of dismantling the blocker.
