According to various evidence he was building for either Yuri Ivanushchenko (former criminal authority of Yenakiyevo) or for Yanukovich's son.

Now we managed to get documents concerning this construction. The construction was conducted by the firm "Editepe", its office was in Kiev at Gonchara 35, 9th floor. What is interesting at this address was also the office of Artem Pshonka-Sasha Yanukovich, who specialized in money laundering, where bribes and kickbacks for the Family were recorded.

The author personally found the documentation "Editepe", as well as documents with the names of Pshonka and Yanukovich in this office. However, the owner of the land on which the company "Integrality Invest" was built, as well as the customer of the construction of the "Financial Company" Index-Group "structures close to Yura Enakievsky.Those of these companies stretch to the fund" New Technologies ", which has long been known as Ivanyuschenko's structure, which appears in many corruption schemes, but in view of the closeness of Ivanyushchenko and Yanukovich especially during the first years of the presidency of the latter, it is quite possible that Ivanuschenko was corrupting these corruption schemes in the interests of the Family and also built the estate in the interests of Yanukovych, because he was considered "looking" for business Families have not yet "grown up" Sasha Yanukovych.

By the way, the construction of the estate began in 2010, just at the time when Yanukovych's business was in charge of Ivanyuschenko so it's not known until the end for whom the largest house of Ukraine was built for 10 thousand square meters. Meters. In principle, this is not important. It is important to alienate it into state property.

It was possible to obtain documents on the cost of building only houses for the period 2011-2014 - 211 million UAH.

By the way, the construction uses the most expensive materials. The facades were decorated with marble, the roof was covered with black slate. The bath was built by the same German Honka as the main house in Mezhyhiria.

What is interesting not far from the demonstrated estate of LLC "Editepe" erected another. His project even hangs on their website. A large fence behind him is a huge house - 3 thousand 500 sq. M. Meters. What is interesting is the house of Yuri Ivanyushchenko in Yenakiyevo very similar in style to this brand new palace, the old one - an almost reduced copy of the new building.

Perhaps this is the real estate of Yura Enakievsky, and he only covered the "New Mezhgore".

In the end, it does not matter. Yury Ivanyuschenko until 2010 was not known even as a businessman, he became famous only when he began to look after the "business" of the Family. So this estate is the result of the robbery of the country by the Yanukovych family. Therefore, he must be estranged in favor of the state.
