Rules of the game. This game is played in Latin America and many consider it a kind of game of Rummy , although it is considered an independent game. Especially popular in Argentina. Play the game from two to five people inclusive, using two decks of 52 cards in each and 4 jokers, total 108 cards. If they play for money, then before the game players contribute equal shares to the bank, which will belong to the winner at the end of the game. The first deliverer in the game is determined by lot. The deck is carefully shuffled, removed and each player is dealt 9 cards one at a time, then the top card from the remaining deck is placed in the center of the table in clear form and will be the first reset card, all other cards are put in a closed stack next to this card. The goal of each player is to get rid of all their cards from hand, by forming them in combination, which you can put face up on the table. These combinations are:
1. Piernas - consists of three cards of the same value from different suits. For example, 4 peaks, 4 hearts and 4 clubs.
2. Escaleras - consists of three or more consecutive cards in the same suit. For example, 5 diamonds, 6 diamonds, 7 diamonds, 8 diamonds.
The first move in the game belongs to the player to the left of the handler, on his turn he and each subsequent player clockwise makes a move that consists of three parts:
1. The player puts the card from the top of the remaining deck in clear form on the discard card or under the bottom of the remaining deck.
2. After putting the card, the following actions are not necessary, but at will:
A) If the player has cards that form Pierna or Escaleras, then the player can put these cards face up on the table;
B) If the player has already put at least one Pierna or Escaleras, he can add cards to the Pierna or Escaleras combinations formed;
3. If the player has put the card in Pierna or Escaleras combinations or laid out any of these combinations, he can discard his or her card to a reset.
If any combination is laid out on the table, then the cards of this combination can not be re-used. If the remaining deck cards are exhausted, the upper reset card is left open for later reset, and the remaining discharge cards are put in a closed stack next to the reset card. Jokers have a special status and only Escaleras can be put, but no more than one joker can be put into a combination instead of any card that should be in combination. The joker can not be reset to a reset. If the player has one joker left on his hands, then he has the right to refuse it, thereby indicating the end of the game. Also it is allowed to continue the combination if the last card in the combination is a joker. When any of the players run out of cards on their hands, the game stops and the points for the cards begin to count. A joker, a king, a queen, a jack and an ace are scored for each of 10 points, the remaining cards do not have points. As soon as the amount of points of any player reaches 101 points or more, this player is eliminated from the game, but if he makes a new bet in the bank (if they play for money), then the player again gets into the game with the number of points equal to zero. If the player who got rid of the cards first, put the last card and it was a combination, then the number of his points is reduced by 10. The full game ends when all the players except one left the game. The last remaining player is the winner and if the game was for money, it takes the entire bank with money.
