Reading Cards

Take any even number of cards, for example, 12. Divide these cards equally, one-half turn face up, and leave the other half face down and shove one half into the other. Then give shuffle these cards to any of the viewers. After that, take the cards from the viewer, lay them behind your back or under the table and count exactly half from above, divide the cards in this place, turn the upper half and get these cards. In each half there will be an equal number of inverted cards. Before you repeat the focus, you need to reverse one of the halves and shuffle both halves together. This focus you show 2-3 times and go to more complex. Combine the pack together and let it shuffle any of the viewers. Take the deck back, move your hands with the pack behind your back, while peeking at the bottom card. Turn the top card behind your back and return it face up to the top of the deck. The deck must be held for short sides, and pulled from behind the back so that the bottom card was directed towards the spectators. Name the bottom card, while peeping at the inverted top card. Take the deck again behind your back, turn the card you saw under the bottom of the deck, turn it upside down, unfold the next lower card face up and return it to the top of the deck. Next, take the deck from behind and name the bottom card, while watching the upside down. After this, repeat this process no more than 5-6 times.
